Our bay is a private fish sanctuary where you can snorkelling and swim
We are located minutes drive from Negril’s seven mile beach and cliff area which is renowned for its authentic restaurants , bars, entertainment , excursions , sailing and beautiful sunsets.

This home is an open concept that looks out unto the breathtaking Caribbean Sea. This home has 3 amazing bedrooms all with private balconies. Bathrooms have large double showers and double sinks. The master has a soaker tub.
The house has a large kitchen and dining room with all necessary amenities including a washer and dryer. House comes with air conditioning, free Wifi , cable TV and Netflix . Everything is in impeccable condition and will make you feel like home.

Large club house with management office, infinity pool and convenient store. Tennis court and basketball ball hoop. Golf available at Negril Hills . Close to Mobay where there several beautiful golf courses.

Awesome place to stay while on vacation in Negril.

Overall this was a great rental. Definitely looking forward to staying here again. Great location and security is amazing. You dont have to worry about any harassment or locals trying to sell you anything.

Negril vacation

Wonderful property in an ideal location north of Negril center. Great amenities in a quiet and safe location. Close enough to many beach options and restaurants. Comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Easy to cook in or go out to eat. Community is well maintained with friendly staff. Can’t go wrong here!

A terrific family vacation!

The house was spotless and well appointed. We had everything we needed and more. We were glad that we rented a car because it made it very easy to explore all the beauty Negril offers. This is a wonderful property for a laid back relaxing vacation.

Wonderful clean safe beach house

What an amazing house! Right on a little private beach! Also a short walk to blood bay beach. The lady who checked us in was very helpful. House was clean and orderly. Pool and tennis steps away. We really enjoyed it!

Peaceful and beautiful

Great stay in Hanover!!! The property is beautiful and both Anna and Patricia was great in helping get the nice place to visit. Thanks to both of you for helping us spend a restful week. Totally loved it. Will come again. Much Love!!!

Amazing property! Great location!

We were 5 adults and had plenty of room, picture don’t show how spacious the property actually is. The large patio was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the gorgeous views of the ocean. The house is in a great location, just steps away from the beach and pool. The kitchen was well stocked with anything that you might need to cook your own meals, even had little extras like coffee, tea and spices.We rented a car for convenience and found that we used it quite often to explore. Rockhouse restaurant was amazing.Patricia and Anna were great hosts, promptly replying to messages.We had a wonderful vacation and we would definitely stay again!

Overall good and secure location..I suggest a person be involved with check in to explain water availability and usage..TV needs to be repaired or replaced as a lot of static involved. Minor repairs needed for bathroom fixtures..great house and would visit again.

Little Bay is amazing.

What a fantastic trip. We love Negril and our host Anna took fantastic care of us. The property is exactly as described, with an amazing view of the beach and cliffs surrounding the Property. The Driver, Mr. Merritt and our chef, Ms. Marcia were amazing. We had home cooked meals every day and our driver was safe, knowledgeable, funny and very accommodating. We cannot wait to return to Little Bay!! A great space for families or couples who want privacy but are only minutes away from the amazing 7 mile beach! Try it for yourself!!

Annual Girls Getaway - GREAT!

We had a great 12 day stay at this property in Little Bay Country Club. This was our 6th year to stay at Little Bay and we thoroughly enjoy the location, the neighborhood, the beach, the pool, the grounds staff - everything is here to make our vacation perfect! The villa was perfectly sized for our group of 6 girls with plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms. The kitchen is nice to have for meal & beverage prep for an extended stay when you don't want to eat out all the time. The best part is the location on the beach - the back deck is just steps away from the beach loungers and we enjoyed every minute of our time relaxing and taking in the warm weather. There were a few hiccups with the villa, that we resolved fairly easily and were not a big deal.We are already looking forward to next year's trip!

A private slice of paradise

I've rented VRBOs all over the world and Patricia and Anna provided the most customized service I have ever received. We had a late arrival and Anna offered to purchase a few things at the grocery store so we could wait and shop (and drive on the "wrong" side of our road) during daylight hours. The house had everything we needed. The deck was large, shaded, with comfortable seating. We could find shaded areas for lounge chairs and the snorkeling (variety of fishes) was amazing right off the beach. The subdivision was quiet and on a small, private, cove. A most relaxing week! Thank you very much.

Best House Ever!

Walking in, we were first struck with how clean and spacious the property was, there was definitely room to spread out. The home has obviously been lovingly cared for and decorated with little touches, like a convenient basket full of beach towels and insect repellent. The patio is everything the pictures promise: comfy furniture and an amazing view of the ocean! The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes and cookware. The appliances were pretty new and worked perfectly. Upstairs, the amenities were outstanding. Decks off all three spacious bedrooms. The bathrooms were modern and beautiful. The air conditioners throughout the house worked perfectly and we were always comfortable. We loved it, we miss it already and we’ll definitely be staying here next year!

Even better than expected

The house is even better than in the photos, with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The patio is where we spent a lot of time. We actually spent much more time at the property than we expected. There wasn’t much reason to leave! We used the beach and pool everyday to just relax and unwind. It is so quiet, but if you want some action it is a five minute walk to bloody bay beach for venders and music The snorkelling off the private beach at little bay was quite fun with lots of colourful small fish and corals. If you stay here make sure to catch Nevil, the fruit and veggie guy every Monday and Friday and ask at the office for information on a great older man who brings traditional Jamaican food right to your door. We will be back. Thanks Pat and Anna

Wonderful Experience

We had an amazing experience at this property in Negril. Extremely quiet and clean! Could not ask for a better beach. An abundance of amazing restaurants nearby. Anna was wonderful to work with and all the staff at the property were very friendly. We will be back.
