There are several public beach accesses across from the eastern portion of the resort. Laketown has five resort style pools, including a seasonally-heated, rooftop pool and childrens' pool area. On the 3rd floor you will find the two-story fitness center and the putting green with fantastic views of the gulf. To the north side of the property, you will find 52,000 sqft. of lakefront boardwalk where you can watch the nightly fountain-lightshow. On the ground level, you will find various dining and shopping opportunities. Also, the resort is centrally located with countless amenities and attractions located around South Thomas Drive and Front Beach Road.

The responsible person for this reservation must be 21 years old or older. ID will be checked upon arrival.

PER RESERVATION, NOT PER PERSON. FEE IS FOR 2 PARKING PASSES AND WRISTBANDS FOR THE WHOLE GROUP, FOR THE WHOLE STAY, PAID DIRECTLY TO THE HOA, SEPARATE FROM THE RESERVATION. GUEST MUST PRE- REGISTER ONLINE, WITH THE NAMES, AGES OF EACH GUEST AND VEHICLES MAKE AND MODEL BEFORE THE CHECK IN DATE. LINK TO THE REGISTRATION PORTAL WILL BE TEXTED TO GUEST UPON CONFIRMED RESERVATION. Please note, this price is subject to change, as it is set by the HOA of Laketown Wharf.

Guest parking is designated to the North West Parking Deck. Two parking spaces are allowed per condo in the garage; parking is unassigned. Please display your parking pass in the windshield (visibly). Failure to display a valid parking pass could result in the car being towed.

No pets or smoking are allowed in this condo.
No Smoking or Pets

$500 Violation fee if unit smells like smoke or Pets brought into the unit.

We will charge a fine and/or evict if caught smoking in the unit. If there is a smoke odor left behind, we will charge as well.

All refunds could be subject to a 10% processing fee depending on what platform you booked through. Any payments processed through Stripe will incur this expense, should a refund be requested.
