The Master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen tv, en suite bathroom, ocean view and balcony access.

The 2nd Master bedroom has a king size bed, balcony access, and ocean view.

The 3rd bedroom has a king size bed en suite bathroom and a flat screen tv.

The 4th bedroom has 2 full size beds.

The oceanfront living room has a 55 inch flat screen tv and a queen size pull out couch.

You must register for parking passes at the front desk between 8am and 5pm. Parking passes are $20 per car.

- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

The Balcony was huge! We had 9 people but we never felt like we were on top of each other. My kids ( 4 & 3 ) really enjoyed the heated pool. If I had the money, I would buy this property and live here! Wonderful location with quick access to the state park, the marina for sunset or dolphin cruises, and so many forms of fishing.

I typically stay at the same resort every year. This year I needed a larger unit for my in laws and parents.It was nice they offered an early check in for additional cost. Other places we’ve stayed didn’t cost extra- they just text when the cleaning was done. I was a little nervous when we first walked in due to crumbs of food still being on the table and the floor filthy but after we cleaned up and settled in, we loved it. A few minor things such as the toilets not flushing properly, the bathtub being clogged- so when you took a shower, it wouldn’t drain- you’d have a full bath by the time you finished showering, one of the drawers were taken off, the closet door was broken and several cracked glass cups in the cabinet. Im glad we brought our own plates, cups, paper towels and plastic forks/spoons and toilet paper. The view was amazing from the extremely spacious balcony. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The resort itself was great. They need a new cleaning person for sure but everything else was great. There are key fobs to get to the pools and beach which is a little annoying to have to keep up with posed to entering a number. The elevators were great too.

The condo was exactly as described and pictured. The rooms were spacious and had lots of storage, which worked great for our group of 10. The views were gorgeous. The balcony had plenty of space. It just needed an additional table and chairs set on the side balcony because it had the best breezes!! The pools were nice and clean. The grounds were kept nice and clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful at Coral Reef. The location of the property was convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was clean and has been well maintained. The building and property were very quiet and relaxing. The only complaints I have are the number of key fobs you are given, which you need to get to the pool and the beach. The floors and area rug could also use a deep, steam clean. Our feet turned black when barefoot.

Arrive onsite and found out we had no access to the pool area due to the condo not being part of the management company onsite so we couldn’t get keys to enter and exit the pool and ocean.manager at the condo tried call or management company and they said they would call us back and never did and we were there for 7 days I finally had to pay for 4 keys for my family which cost me a additional fee.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was very nice, spacious and clean. Great location. The property management just never seemed very helpful. Not very cheerful either. On top of that the walkway from the beach was damaged and my son was hurt and had to go to the emergency room. Cut the bottom of his big toe, had to be glued back together. Ruined his last 3 days on the beach. Property management told us they would follow up after the incident but never heard from anyone. We did notice them fixing the walkway.

Disappointed

We have always loved staying at this property. We had several things fall short this year. We were given 2 bracelets (which were required for entry EVERYWHERE other than our room). We had 8 people in our party. The lady at the front office was rude, short and refused to give us anymore stating that ECDI would have to authorize her to give us more. Upon 3 different notifications to them, i never received eesponse nor bracelets. We did the best we could though amd enjoyed the beach greatly. The room was nice but not completely updated. Oh, and we were charged 80 for parking passes on top of the parking fee included in our bill. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again.

Only a few suggestions: no dresser or area for clothes other than closet in front bedroom with king bed, only two key fobs for beach and pool access for a large number of people, and a Keurig for coffee would be nice. We had a great stay and can’t wait to go back!

Coral Reef is a nice place! The staff worked hard daily to keep the grounds very nice. I loved the location of the condo on the second floor. It was perfect for watching your family at the pool or on the beach! The guy that rents the chairs and umbrellas at the beach takes great pride in each person. Moving our umbrella around multiple times to keep the area shaded for the little ones. The condo is close to the stairs so it was quick to get up and down and if we used the elevator was also quick. Was nice that they provided luggage carts to and from the rooms. The condo itself was clean and the beds were nice. You can also ride the banana boat and parasail there on the beech and is right there which is nice. We rented a pontoon one day from st Andrew’s and was a quick drive to get there. Grocery store probably 7 minutes down the road. I will definitely look here at this specific condo if come back due to location.

Spring Break 2025

The only negative I have is the dryer did not work , we reported it on day 1 and still had no dryer on the day we left. The host did send over extra towels and washcloths for our use during the rest of the stay. Great views, great location. Kids enjoyed it

Coral reef stay

As soon as we arrived getting in was easy, but right off the back we noticed the floors were filthy and turned our feet black. No biggie we cleaned the place up. Next, we notice the handle of the sliding glass door to the balcony was extremely loose and ended up breaking off. We contacted our host about this and they said maintenance would fix it the next day. That never happened. We had to fix it. Also, the stay included two parking passes with the stay. The host told us the office would bring them up. They never came so we went down to the office. The lady running the office was very rude and said “it’s not her problem to contact my host”. To which my host responded that there must’ve been a policy change and now I have to go back down to the office and pay for two parking passes. There was just a lot of little frustrating things about the stay. It was unacceptable. They need to take better care of their guests. Please do better next time. We made the best of our trip enjoying the comfort of our family and that’s the only thing that made our trip a good one.

Rental Company Not Worth It

While overall the condo was nice I highly recommend booking direct with Coral Reef as Emerald Coast is the problem.During our stay a hurricane developed in the Gulf and PCB was in the projected path. While up until this point PCB was not in a mandatory evacuation (which would trigger a refund) they were in a state of emergency. We decided to evacuate on Wednesday morning and not even an hour or so after being on the road Emerald Coast called to see if they could prep the condo for the storm which would mean turning off the water. Up until that point we had not discussed leaving early with Emerald Coast. Emerald Coast had determined at that point there was enough risk at the condo to prep it but not issue a refund. While at the same time Coral Reef issued the following statement “Due to severe weather beginning tomorrow, Thursday September 26th, Office, Pools and lobby will close by the end of day today. We hope to reopen Friday morning weather depending.Please note for anyone staying for the storm, Fire alarms may go off and staff nor emergency personnel will be able to respond and elevators may be out of service for an extended amount of time.If your stay was booked through Coral Reef and decide to evacuate, please see the office for refunds.Please stay weather aware and stay safe!” Despite all of this Emerald Coast refused to offer any sort of compensation.Coral Reef is an excellent complex but do not book with Emerald Coast as they do not put customer well being first.

THE PROBLEM WE HAD WAS WITH THE RENTAL AGEENCY WE PAID FOR TWO PARKING PASSES THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE IN THE CONDO UPON ARRVIAL WE ENDED UP HAVING TO PAY CASH FOR THEM AT THE DESK DOWN STAIRS THEN BE REFUNDED. THEN THE LIGHT AND CEILING FAN IN ONE OF THE BEDROOMS DID NOT WORK FORM THE BEGINNING AND WE LET THEM KNOW SOON AS WE ARRIVED AND THEY KEPT TELLING US THE WHOLE WEEK THEY WOULD SEND MAITENACE BUT NO ONE EVERY CAME TO REPAIR THEY EVEN TEXT BACK AND SAID SOMEONE CAME AND IT WORKED FINE NOT SURE WHERE THEY HAD BEEN??

Amazing Trip

Our family absolutely loved our stay! Created amazing memories! One thing to note is that there was very limited toilet paper, soap, no salt/pepper, coffee and things that normally come with a Vrbo so just expect to buy some while you’re there or bring some from home.

Family Vacation

We had a group of 11 with ages ranging from 13-79. We had a great time. The condo was very nice. Although the cleaning crew could use some work...there was cheese cubes, bottle caps and chip crumbs left under the couches. It was nice to be on the 2nd floor and have the stairs as an option for those who were able. All in all, we had a great time and would stay in this condo again.

Amazing vacation.

The description was totally accurate. The whole stay was a joy for all of us. Very beautiful condo and views. We seen dolphins from our deck every morning. The worst part of our stay was , once our vacation was over we had to leave, but we will be right back next year and hopefully we can get the same condo ..
