It is within walking distance to several popular restaurants & attractions, including Captain Jack's (AYCE crab legs!), Shore Dogs, Alibi Beach Lounge & Grill, Emerald Falls, Outlaw Rentals, Bricks & Barley, Hammerhead Freds, Longboards, & more!

On the ground floor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room overlooking the large, fenced yard. Step onto your townhome's private deck complete with BBQ grill and have a corn hole tournament with the family! For your convenience, there is a half bathroom located on the first level as well. The living room sofa pulls out into a bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 6. There is also a full-sized washing machine and dryer just off the kitchen.

Upstairs, you will find two spacious bedrooms, both with Queen beds, their own flat screen Smart TVs, and plenty of closet space. One of the bedrooms also offers access to a private second floor balcony where you can see the gulf. There is a full bathroom between the two upstairs bedrooms with a tub/shower combo.
