It is a three level / two-story home of approximately 8,000 square feet, 6 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms plus 2 half bathrooms and sleeps 14. It has two open entertainment areas (living and open terrace) and an additional underground living and party room downstairs with views to the pool through underwater windows and direct access to the garden.

On the rooftop, the 400 square feet master bedroom has a 1,500 square feet private terrace with amazing 180-degree views of San Juan bay.

There is an area with two guest bedrooms, one full bath and a private living room with access to a private small garden located in the entrance of the house.

There is one large bedroom with direct access to garden and direct access to the underground entertainment living room.

There are two bars, one full wet bar at the pool and another full bar in the underground entertainment living room.

The main living and dining rooms are located on the main floor, have spectacular views of the bay and are integrated to an open terrace with a floating infinity edge pool with the most breath taking views of the bay.

The semi-open ultra modern kitchen has a center island with views of the bay. All appliances have been imported from the u.S.

The secluded maid’s quarter has two bedrooms and one full bathroom, with its own kitchenette and direct access to street.

The house is energy efficient with led lighting and high efficiency air conditioning units and fans in all rooms, with soundproof windows. The house perimeter is surrounded by a concrete and electric fence with security cameras and alarm.

It can host a maximum of 12 people and is not for rent for events / parties.

A damage deposit of $1000 is required.
Parties are not allowed and quiet time is strictly observed from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Smoking is not allowed inside of the apartments.
We allow pets of 10kgs or less.
Guest are allowed up to 70 kilowatts of electrical usage per day
