Inside, Seaside Bungalow boasts recent upgrades like new windows, plantation shutters, ceiling fans, and a fully renovated kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, cookware, and tableware you need for preparing anything from a full meal to a quick smoothie. There’s also a charcoal grill for cooking up burgers or fresh seafood. The dining area seats six comfortably, making it perfect for family meals or game nights.

Golf Trip

We were able to rent this house out as well as one directly across the street in order to have enough bedrooms for everyone. It was clean and plenty of room with the best location near the beach!

Excellent beach house

Spent almost a week at this property and it was very nice for a family of four. Close to beach and shopping. Property was clean and well kept.

Location is exceptional

The location really made the difference on this property! Access to the beach for sunrise and lovely walks in the evening were such a pleasure! Sadly, the overall amenities were lacking and the Queen and twin beds really need replacing. Several basic supplies needed to be bought during our stay.

We loved the home and the location brought allOur family together , sister in law lives across the culdesac. The home looked just as nice as described and seen in photos. It fit our needs perfectly. All the rooms were very nice. . My only suggestion is the main suite bathroom needs a major overhaul…. shower is very old and dated .. and there’s some rotting drywall on the baseboard . pedestal sink not firmly attached to the wall. We did have some difficulties with getting the front porch lights on and some of the ceiling fans.. all in all was a wonderful day, and I will definitely use the property again because of its proximity to our family. Thank you again for hosting us.

Great location

Perfect place to stay with a family. The water was good for swimming and boogie boarding, and the beach was firm, clean, and flat-—good for running and walking. Also, no cars allowed to drive on this beach as they do on nearby beaches. Restaurants are a close drive and Publix nearby for groceries. I recommend this place.

Adequate

I could list plenty of negatives, like no hot water at the sink, meager amenities, and many areas of disrepair, but the bottom line is location. You are on a cul-de-sac that ends in the Atlantic Ocean. It was walking distance from food, shopping, and a gas station. The beds were fine, and it was roomy.

Great location

House was very clean. No issues with the communication with the property manager. House is in a cul de sac. We had a very quiet stay. The queen mattress was very uncomfortable.

Great location

I’m going to start this review by stating do not judge the outside of this house when you first pull up. It definitely looks like the turnip in the petunia patch on the block. However, inside is very well appointed and probably the cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed in. There is private beach access on the cul-de-sac. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided in the home. Publix is a short walk away. We really enjoyed our weekend stay in this home and highly recommend it. I have to mention one more time how clean this property is!

Great location

The house was great. Perfect location for us. Only a few steps from the beach. Easy walk to Publix. A short drive to the historical area. You can see the ocean from the balcony off the master bedroom. Plenty of towels and also had extra pillows. The master bed was a little uncomfortable. Check in was very easy. We will book it again.

Great Location

Great location, close to publix and down boardwalk from beach. Close to downtown St. Augustine. Cute beach decor. Had ants everywhere but that happens. Master bedroom door will not lock. No privacy from kids. We enjoyed it very much. Great family Labor Day vacation.

Ocean Access

Great location. The picture of the boardwalk leading to the beach is misleading. Pictures show as if you walk right down off of the boardwalk. There are approx. 5-6 steps down to the ocean. In our case since the Nor’easter took the steps out we couldn’t access the beach as anticipated.

Great Beach Getaway

The house is as beautiful as pictured. The beach is outstanding. Miles and miles for those who love to walk the beach. I would give this home a 9 out of 10 and a 10 with a few minor fixes. I would include at least one hairdryer. Today it is not something most people travel with and a simple fix. Also, your cleaning service does a thorough job in cleaning up, but also cleans out. There was no pepper or any spices whatsoever. Also they left 1 laundry tablet. I purchased some but guarantee it was not left behind for the next guest. Simple fix. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Bad experience

I booked this house for 5 days during the Thanksgiving holiday one hour before check-in they let me know there was no washing machine. I asked for some kind of reimbursement refund end it was promised but no one would get back with me their communication is horrible also there was ants all over in the kitchen .

Great location - but missed a few marks

This is in a great spot! You're steps from the beach in a quiet area and near food. The house was a nice setup with multiple bathrooms. But it wasn't as clean as expected (we found blood on the bedsheets). And the check-in was annoying as they didn't send us our code. So we had to stand outside and call the company after a long day of travel. Luckily the rental agency was responsive, but it felt like they lacked overall care. Still, not a bad option for a family who wants to stay at the beach.

Short Walk to Beautiful Beach

Location is great.

Property needs master bath upgraded, the house needs repairs, painting, before renting it as a vacation home. Ant infestation was in the house.

Great Location

Location was great, house was clean, you can tell they are in the process of updating... overall really enjoyed our stay. Some things could have been better but we will be staying again. I would definitely put in a new lock box for the key as it was so rusted it wasn’t closed upon arrival so we left it propped closed like it was when we were leaving. Some of the dishes were dirty in the cabinet. The broom was broken so you couldn’t sweep, but the vacuum worked fine. All of the bedrooms were upstairs and I don’t remember reading that. Maybe I over looked it. It was just a little challenging for my uncle with cancer to get up and down the stairs. Overall everyone enjoyed our weekend.

Perfect!!

This was a great spot for our family! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during this crazy pandemic. The private beach access was perfect and there was not a soul within 60+ yards of us every day on the beach. We waited until the last minute to find a place to stay because we weren't sure we would even get a vacation this year but we found this place and it fit ALL of our needs! Would reccomend!

Nicely decorated BUT had reservations

The property was nicely decorated but we felt more money should be placed into maintenance and fixtures. Also, we had no idea all the rooms were upstairs. We thought the master was down stairs (maybe it was mentioned in the description and I just didn’t see it but I don’t know). . Due to my knee surgery within this last year, that was cumbersome climbing stairs. Also, the master bath wasn’t a master bath. It was a sink, toilet and small shower. I wasn’t able to comfortably shower in there so I used the shower in the hall. The television didn’t work in the twin bed guest room. The property was clean and cutely decorated. I did attempt to reach the property management a few days before our trip, regarding a few questions in the contract, but nobody returned my call. That was slightly frustrating as I was skeptical of signing the contract with unanswered questions. Overall, it was better than average and the beds were comfy.
