Experience the best of North Lake Tahoe at St. Francis Lakeside #1. This end-unit, ground-floor condo offers the perfect blend of accessibility and mountain charm.

The Living Space: Relax in the open living area featuring a brand-new sofa and chair, a large flat-screen TV, and a classic wood-burning fireplace—perfect for cozy winter evenings. The fully equipped kitchen and high-speed WiFi ensure you have all the comforts of home for a remote work setup or a long vacation.

Sleeping Arrangements: Rest easy with a new mattress in the front bedroom and a premium pillow-top in the primary suite. The 3BR/2BA layout comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

Lakeside Amenities: Step outside to enjoy a private deck in the summer or take advantage of the incredible community features: a private beach, pier, swimming pool, hot tub, tennis/volleyball courts, and a clubhouse.

Winter Bonus: Stay warm with access to the large indoor spa, open throughout the winter months.

Prime Location: You’re just minutes from Tahoe City’s dining and shopping, and a short drive to world-class skiing at Palisades Tahoe (Squaw Valley), Alpine Meadows, and Homewood. Parking is limited at this complex. This unit is located just off Lake Forest Rd. There is a gravel parking pad in front of the unit. You do not enter either of the 2 entrances to the complex. NO BBQ

For your convenience, this rental includes a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. We provide all linens and bath towels; most rentals have beach towels for your trips to the lake. Please note that while Tahoe’s mountain breeze and provided fans keep the home comfortable, there is no central A/C. To protect local wildlife, we do not stock pantry staples.

Great condo in a lovely location, a short walk to the lake, nice pool, and beautiful forest view. What more can you ask for? This place served our needs very well and we enjoyed our Tahoe vacation a lot. Property managers were super nice and responsive when we needed help. Would definitely recommend!

Great location to ski

The place is spacious, has access to a hot tub, and is a 20 minute drive from Palisades, Alpine, and Northstar. You're also 5 mins from the grocery store.

Great spacious condo

Very nice condo. Lots of room. Easy to find and simple to check-in. Kitchen well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils. Worked for well for my family of 6 adults!

Awesome place to stay close to many ski resorts

Great, clean well laid out property perfect the 5 of us. Very comfortable! Hot tub and proximity to ski resorts was a big plus and self check in was seamless. Property manager communicated promptly and even was willing to let us book an extra night due to an incoming storm if we needed it. Very pleased with our stay. Thank you!

Super cozy

Incredibly well appointed. The kitchen is fully stocked. There are also home games to choose from, and plenty of towels and linen. The only qualm is how much you can hear the upstairs guests. Otherwise an absolutely lovely stay.

Nice condo, nice location

We enjoyed our stay except there were minor basic items that were not provided like bath soap, hand soap, apron etc. Overall, it was a nice spacious place to stay if you have a party of 6 or less. I will use this place again. Jessica

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed here with our son‘s family. The twin beds were perfect for our grandchildren. We enjoyed it being a one story. The beds were very comfortable, house was spotless, and kitchen had everything you would need. Five minute walk to the lake with a private beach. Very quiet neighborhood with lovely flower pots around. Leah is an excellent property manager, always very responsive! We would definitely stay here again.

Creepy and disgusting spa

Whenever we take a ski trip, we always use the search filter to get a place to stay with a hot tub. No difference this time. The hot tub at this complex was a tub of luke warm water in a dimly lit room. No jets and no out of order sign.

The cabin was very clean, the large family room worked so well for game nights, and the private location made us all feel very comfortable. We had plenty of supplies for our family and used the new washer and dryer often. The decor is dated, but we find it comfortable and familiar. Thank you for another great stay.

We went off-season so the dumpsters were locked. This made disposing of trash a little bit tricky but we found one that was unlocked. The place was nice and spacious. But the carpet was old and outdated. It was quiet and an easy drive to the slopes or to town. Beware: the hot tub does not allow anyone under the age of 18 and only has space for six. We would go back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros - The property is in a great location - near Tahoe City and on a quiet street off of the highway. The unit was clean and fairly well stocked but it could use some updating. The new laundry set is very nice and worked well. This is a unit in a complex with other rentals as well as residents. It has a small water entrance area but the dock is nice to hang out at and watch activity on the lake. You are one street away from a much larger beach that you could walk to if the lake was a little lower. There is a nice cafe that is only a 10-15 minute walk away. Tahoe City is a quick drive for stores (Safeway) and shopping and dining.Cons - This is a downstairs unit and you can hear the people in the unit upstairs walking around. The bathroom counters are low and you need to bend down to use them. The floors are squeaky, so expect some noise from that as well. There were also a lot of cobwebs on the deck area. But for a nice place in a good location, I would recommend it.

Another Wonderful Week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd year in cabin #1 and we loved it just as much this time around. It is well appointed, incredibly clean, and comes with easy parking & access. We were forewarned of some heating work, which was greatly appreciated as we had a very cold week and needed the heater. All appliances work well and there are plenty of dishes, towels, and bedding. The cabin is dated, but we love the plush brown carpet and homey feel of the place.
