UTILITIES
The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high.
All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.
The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $45.00/day (forty-five US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.

It’s the perfect location to enjoy the Islands white sands and crystal clear turquoise waters, fine dining restaurants, nightlife and shopping, which are all on your doorstep. And with the Graceway Gourmet Supermarket only a 7-minute walk, picking up groceries is easy! Golfers will want to book a tee time at Providenciales Golf Course, 2 miles away, and Boaters may wish to take an afternoon or evening to stroll around Blue Haven Yacht Marina, just 4 miles away.

As with all Caribbean beaches, shoreline conditions may vary throughout the year. Seasonal sargassum seaweed may occasionally wash ashore, with conditions influenced by weather patterns and ocean currents.
