The All-New Summer House on Romar Beach has recently undergone a beautiful refresh, featuring both structural and cosmetic upgrades to the building. Guests will notice fresh exterior updates, improved common areas, and thoughtful enhancements throughout the property - all designed to elevate the comfort and experience of staying at this beloved Orange Beach destination.

Summer House 1402A is a three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front condo with incredible views from the 14th floor.

Unit Features:

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom

• Wood tile flooring is throughout the unit

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a home-away-from-home; dining area seats six with two additional barstools

• Washer and dryer are inside the unit

• Living area has a sleeper sofa

• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• Second bedroom has a king-size bed

• Third bedroom features two queen-size beds

• Keyless entry - no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out

• Guests are provided a maximum of two parking passes upon arrival. Monthly guests are required to purchase passes on a monthly basis ($50/car/month, maximum of two cars)

Summer House 1402A

Stayed in this awesome condo 12/26/25 - 1/1/26. It was a great stay! Check in and check out so easy. The kitchen in the condo is so well stocked and we did a fair amount of cooking. The balcony is so lovely with a great view. This was the 2nd time we have actually stayed in this particular condo and definitely would again!

5 Nights in Orange Beach AL

Great condo with an awesome balcony view!

This condo was particularly well stocked to cook! Very well maintained, updated furnishings and comfortable seating inside and out! That is very important to us in a rental!!! The view was so pretty from the balcony. A bonus was the band that played at the pool one night! Very enjoyable!!!

Great for families

We had 3 young kids and 5 adults and this was the perfect place for us to stay. Plenty of room, clean and right on the beach. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our Summer House Stay

We had a great experience and stay at Summer House 1402A. The view was terrific. The property was clean and great. All rooms were staged perfectly. The location was perfect for on the beach, near shopping areas, food and restaurants, and other amenities. We would love to stay here again.

Great weekend getaway!

The room was perfect for the weekend girls trip we planned (6 of us). The condo room was precious and exactly what we expected. We were a little disappointed to see that the pool was closed due to construction of the property, but the beach access was easy and we still had a great weekend!

Awesome

Everything about this condo was awesome. We had 6 adults and 2 children who stayed here and had more than enough room. Condo was clean, elevators were fast and check-in was a breeze! I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This was a fabulous vacation for family! We had a 3 year old, 6, 8, 14 and 5 adults. Everyone had a wonderful time! The condo was wonderful with the beautiful beach out back and the little ones loved going from beach to the swimming pool.

Cheer competition weekend

We absolutely loved the interior decorating! So beautiful and everything was so clean! Beds were all comfy. The only thing missing was an ice machine for the coolers for the beach 🏖

Overall experience from initial condo search to our final stay was flawless. Communication was outstanding throughout the process. Kathy Harr and her team kept us well informed and made sure we were satisfied with our accommodations. Great Experience

Easy going experience. The pools were clean and in condition. The rooms were clean and with a good amount of space. The service getting in contact was great. We left an AirPod after we checked out and talked to the property manager who went above and beyond so that we could get the AirPod back. We will definitely book here again!
