Great stay. Floors were dirty and dishwasher smelled bad but it didn’t ruin our stay. Views were amazing. Had a great time.

Would recommend! We came for Labor Day weekend as a family. Was so nice. I especially loved being able to wash laundry and refresh towels etc between beach days. Would rent again.

One of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. The place was clean as well as the balcony furniture. I’d recommend this unit to my family and friends anytime. This was our yearly sisters trip, we all four said the same. I’d drive 13 hours again if I could stay in this unit. What a great experience having such a nice place to stay at

The property and pool were very nice. The staff working at condo very friendly. The condo itself could use some upgrades on appliances and cleanliness of dishes and utensils but would stay at Summer house again!

The Perfect Getaway

This was by far the nicest, easiest and relaxing getaway my wife and I have had in years! The condo was spectacular and had everything we could’ve needed. Getting in was made very easy, with multiple checking emails to see if Eve was going well. I would absolutely book this again (like, next year!)

Great for families

We had 3 young kids and 5 adults and this was the perfect place for us to stay. Plenty of room, clean and right on the beach. Would absolutely stay here again.

Summer House 1402A

Stayed in this awesome condo 12/26/25 - 1/1/26. It was a great stay! Check in and check out so easy. The kitchen in the condo is so well stocked and we did a fair amount of cooking. The balcony is so lovely with a great view. This was the 2nd time we have actually stayed in this particular condo and definitely would again!

The view of the Gulf was amazing. The condo was nicely equipped, modern and clean. The security and parking was nice too. Wonderful beach!

5 Nights in Orange Beach AL

The condo, 1402A Summer House, was beautifully decorated and very clean. Great location, too. iTrip answered immediately when we called with a question about the door lock. We're very happy and look forward to using iTrip again.

Our Summer House Stay

We had a great experience and stay at Summer House 1402A. The view was terrific. The property was clean and great. All rooms were staged perfectly. The location was perfect for on the beach, near shopping areas, food and restaurants, and other amenities. We would love to stay here again.

Great weekend getaway!

The room was perfect for the weekend girls trip we planned (6 of us). The condo room was precious and exactly what we expected. We were a little disappointed to see that the pool was closed due to construction of the property, but the beach access was easy and we still had a great weekend!

Great condo with an awesome balcony view!

This condo was particularly well stocked to cook! Very well maintained, updated furnishings and comfortable seating inside and out! That is very important to us in a rental!!! The view was so pretty from the balcony. A bonus was the band that played at the pool one night! Very enjoyable!!!

Cheer competition weekend

We absolutely loved the interior decorating! So beautiful and everything was so clean! Beds were all comfy. The only thing missing was an ice machine for the coolers for the beach 🏖
