Ocean Terrace is directly on the Beach, with the largest wrap around decks in Banderas Bay. Monthly rental during Nov to April as per our condominium rules and regulations. Bi Monthly during low season April to Oct.

My Ocean Terrace Condominium, Nuevo Nayarit Mexico, is truly a private Paradise, located on the 5th floor of this amazing Tower C, building. With unending ocean views, beautiful sunsets every evening, our patio kitchen/barbecue makes dining outdoors an unforgettable holiday experience. I am high enough for amazing views yet close enough to easily see the people walking the beach. The indoor large family kitchen has every modern convenience and all high end pots and pans and dish ware. All set up to make dining at home as amazing as the sunsets.

The master bedroom is absolutely spectacular with king size bed-patio doors open onto the large deck, the on suite bathroom with private shower, jacuzzi tub is ready for total relaxation. Satellite TV and work desk with lounge settee make the master suite relaxing and private.
Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom. The Second Bedroom is another Master Bedroom with king size bed private balcony and full private bathroom Bedroom 3 has two luxurious Queen Size Beds, private balcony and full private bathroom. All beautifully decorated and all have satellite TV. Each bedroom has its own private patio.
The laundry room has full size washer and dryer and laundry sink, extra linens and beach towels.
Pictures hardly show the beauty of this beautiful Ocean Terrace condominium and all its amenities.
With two private pools + hot tub right on the beach with lounge chairs & umbrellas. The pools and decks were completely renovated 2022. We have a beautiful gym that was completed January 2022.
I know you will have the most relaxing holiday here in Our Mexico Paradise. Come Away and make Ocean Terrace your home for a week or month!!

Ocean Terrace is home to one of the few Ridley Turtle sanctuaries in the state of Nayarit. It is a true pleasure for Children and Adults to view the turtle nests collected and then help release the baby turtles nightly at approx. 6:30PM. This is truly a memorable experience of a lifetime.

There are many restaurants in the area, some are easy walking, others a very short cab ride away. The Paradise Plaza is a 10 minute walk or just jump on the bus.
For total relaxation we have on the Beach Massage available daily.
It is easy to spend the day walking the beautiful sandy beach or boogie boarding in the mild surf. Our two swimming pools are a total enjoyment as they are right on the beach. Or just curl up with a book poolside or under one of the beach palapa's.

Wonderful Week at Ocean Terrace

From the prompt and professional responses from owner Dorice, to the awesome views, great beach and beautiful condo our week in Nuevo Vallarta was wonderful. The condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need - full kitchen, beach toys, coolers, board games, lots of beach towels, etc. etc. Staff is very helpful (Lorenzo and Guillermo at the front gate) and the location is convenient to many restaurants and activities. Poolside service from the neighboring restaurant was also a nice surprise. Within walking distance of several N.V. top rated restaurants like Fajita Republic and El Dinamita or a short cab ride to Mega, Walmart or Chedraui for groceries. We hope to be back and many thanks to the Trasolini family for sharing your home with us.

Breathtaking and luxurious condo, amazing value

My husband and I have stayed in some nice hotels over the years and this condo is one of the best. It is extremely spacious with 3 very large bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. The wrap around deck is amazing. It is so fully stocked that we felt like we were at home. We were traveling with 2 young babies and usually find getting 'stuck' in the room during nap time is the worst. Not in this condo! Nap time was a pleasure when we could drink wine on the patio and admire the view. There were so many great restaurants and bars within walking distance. A mall is right nearby with all essentials. We released baby turtles at the turtle sanctuary located right below the condo building. The beach is pristine and pools were so quiet - we loved not having to fight for a chair like at most resorts during spring break.

Ocean Terrace was amazing! The condo was so spacious and the furnishing were beautiful. Each bedroom had its own ensuite. The beds were large and comfortable The kitchen was fabulous and set up with everything you need. The view! This is the best part. What can you say. You are on the beach and facing west. We enjoyed amazing sunsets. The large wrap around balcony allows for a view of the entire bay. It is located in the central part of Nuevo Vallarta. It is close to everything. Paradise Plaza is a short walk. Walmart is a 10 minute drive. There are several wonderful restaurants with walking distance. There are two pools with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The gardens are beautiful. I would highly recommend this property and would love to return.

Thank you Dorice and Ed for letting us stay at your amazing place. This condo was gorgeous. It shows beautifully in the pictures but wow when you see it in person it is amazing. There are 3 bedrooms each with their own full bathroom, TV and plenty of closet space. The master bedroom opens out onto the large balcony that wraps around the unit. The Master bedroom also has desk just in case you need to do some work, a flat screen TV, a large full bathroom with a jetted tub, plenty of closet space and a great big mirror and counter space to take care of all your needs. The kitchen is a gourmet kitchen with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. They even had plastic container to store your food in. We ate breakfast and lunch in most days. The dinning room table is large and can fit your group with lots of space to spare. The have a large balcony with a BBQ, fridge and sink, large patio table and multiple places to sit and lounge. They have a large washer and dryer in the laundry room, which also had boogie boards, sand toys, beach towels and pool toys. The unit was very clean, well maintained and brand new. You are right on the beach and adjacent to the turtle preserve. My kids loved this the best. What an experience. You can rent beach activities right on beach or head next door for some tacos and beer. We walked on the large beach everyday. The owners were great to deal with and gave all the information we needed before we left. I would totally recommend this place to stay. Sleeps 8 comfortably with plenty of private space for all. We are planning our next vacation here!!

Luxury Condo - Perfect Location

We stayed 10 days with our adult children in this luxury Condo and absolutely loved it. The large spacious areas with the 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms provided everyone with plenty of space. We were never in a hurry to leave the Condo as the large wrap around deck in a corner unit overlooking the Pacific Ocean provided breathtaking views and sunsets. The unit is tastefully decorated, very clean and well equipped with everything you would need. Dorice was attentive to any questions and extremely helpful. The location is perfect on a large sandy beach that you can walk on for miles! Ocean Terrace has impeccable grounds and beautiful pools over looking the beach. There are many local restaurants and coffee shops close by. We will definitely return to this location and I highly recommend it!!

Fantastic condo and owner but poor timing

We stayed at Dorice's Ocean Terrace property from February 17th to 24th and the condo came exactly as advertised. Dorice was great to deal with and provided any information that we requested. This was hands down the most well equipped rental that we have ever stayed at. Anything you could possibly need during your stay is provided.. The beach is perfect for walking and playing in the waves and the property is not overly busy making for a relaxing vacation. Now for the reason that my review has 2 stars and not 5. We rented this property almost exclusively because of the huge wrap around deck. Unfortunately there was a large condo just starting construction right next door. They begin at 8:00 am and go until 7:00 pm 6 days a week which makes the deck virtually unusable. If morning and early evening deck time isn't your thing it will be less of an issue for you but you can also very clearly hear the construction inside with all the doors closed. I don't fault Dorice for not letting us know because obviously no owner would that is trying to rent their property. I realize that with booking well in advance there are risks you take but I'm including this in my review because we would like to have known about it.

Ocean Terrace condo

I have stayed at Ocean Terrace since it was first opened. Absolutely love it. Dorice condo is beautiful, spacious, well equipped with the most spectacular views. Dorice is fantastic to work with. My husband, sister and my brother from England all enjoyed it. Most evenings we cooked on the grill and ate overlooking the ocean from the terrace- bliss! Many restaurants and a small mall are within walking distance. Cabs are. Heap enough if you wish to further afield to dine. We will definitely stay again as soon as possible. Highly recommend. Since our stay my husband has had a bD stroke and is wheelchair bound. There is a Company with wheelchair accessible vans to pick you up at the airport . They also have beach wheelchairs for rent.(big balloon type wheels)

Perfect Vacation

This place is highly recommended. It is super spacious. Amazing views. Can't say enough good things. We really recommend you talk to the owners about the availability of a local girl and her Mom to help with cooking, shopping, cleaning, etc. They made the trip that much more special. The trip was with our three children ages 16, 11 and 11. Also, my in laws which was great to have so much space and the hired help to take care of them. We will be back. Hopefully sooner than later.

Dorice and Ed..Thank you for sharing your incredible home! There were 3 couples all celebrating milestone anniversaries and your condo was perfect for the occasion. It was very spacious and well designed which gave privacy when wanted yet we could all gather together in several areas as there is plenty of chairs and tables to accommodate all 6 of us plus more at one time. The kitchen had every utensil needed with more than enough glasses, plates, bowls etc. It was like your home away from home. The beds were very comfortable and the sound of the ocean lapping upon the beach helped you drift off to sleep. Having the satellite TV was great as we could tune into our home town stations to stay connected with the news and weather back home. ..as well as the hockey games! The staff at the complex were very friendly and helpful as well. So much to see and do that 10 days was not enough. Would love to come back!

Ocean Terrace, Nuevo Vallarta

The accommodations are luxurious and spacious, West facing, so the sunsets were unbelievable. If you like the beach, it's flat, great for long walks, and the water is warm for all your swimming activities. If you are not a ocean swimmer, there are 2 pools to enjoy facing the beach. Rent a car and head north and within an hour you can be surfing or just enjoying the quaint little towns and there culture or head south to Puerto Vallarta. There are lots of restaurants to enjoy, in all price ranges. Shopping is close by. I can't wait to go back.

Relaxing, fun, Romantic, Our best holidays to date.

We spent 3 weeks at this condo and had the most wonderful holiday. The condo is large and has every thing to make you feel right at home. The owner has spent a lot of time on details to ensure each guest is comfortable. Cooking is fun, barbecuing easy. Sitting on the deck watching the sunset every night is very memorable. Releasing baby turtles is a rewarding fun thing to do. We boogie boarded many days the waves are perfect. The pools are well kept. The restaurants in the area are all excellent. We did not rent a car and were fine taking the bus or cab when we needed to go anywhere. We did several Vallarta Adventure day trips that were so fun. I loved this condo and can not wait for our next holiday back to Ocean Terrace.

Best of the Best!

We have been vacationing in Vallarta fir fifteen winters and have stayed in many accommodations on the Bay of Banderas. This condo is indeed the most beautiful, luxurious and spacious. It is spotlessly clean and well decorated. It is equipped with all the amenities one could possibly need. The wrap around terrace which affords a 360 degree view of the bay and the Sierra Madre is larger than many homes. It has an outdoor kitchen and BBQ area with a dining table that seats six. We ate and lived on the terrace. We only went indoors to sleep in the three extra large bedrooms, each of which has an ensuite bathroom with shower. The unit is exactly as advertised on VRBO and more. There are flat screen HD TVs in every room plus an oversized TV in the living room, all of which have English language satellite feed. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, drinking glasses, wine glasses and modern appliances...even two toasters! One could easily feed a family of fifteen without a problem. The laundry room has a large washer and dryer. The fifth floor condo overlooks the beach and two pools. Within steps of the property one can enjoy parasailing, kayaking, jet skiing, paddle boarding, banana boating, kite boarding and sky diving. The seven mile beach is excellent for walking. The ocean is ideal for boogie boarding, of which there are five in the condo. Nearby is Vallarta Adventures with many fun activities and day trips for the whole family. Three championship golf courses are in the area. During our three month stay, our guests ranged in age from 87 down to two years old. There were activities galore for everyone. There are many restaurants within a short walk, trolley or taxi ride. But eating on the well appointed terrace, watching the sun set and the turtles released into the ocean is a true delight. Dorice and Ed, the owners, were very helpful and always willing to answer our questions both before and during our stay. They were always available by email. We have recommended this apartment to our friends and family. We will definitely return to this home away from home!

Our stay the Ocean Terrace was incredible. Thank you Dorice for sharing your condo with us. The condo was absolutely beautiful and spacious with all the amenities included. We had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful condo with 2 other couples. Everyone had their own space but we were all able to share our dinners and social time together in the large kitchen, dinning and deck areas. The view, the location, the beach and the pools are spectacular. You are provided every convenience for eating in and enjoying the beautiful sunset, The staff was helpful and friendly. Would go back in a minute to this condo!

We stayed for two weeks with two other couples in this condo and it surpassed our expectations. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom and the beds were comfortable. The owners provided everything we needed for our stay including TV's in every bedroom. The cleaning service was well worth the extra money. This condo is well maintained and tastefully decorated, more like a 5 star hotel. The wrap around porch overlooking the beach was where we spent a good deal of time - so much to see and enjoy, especially the sunsets. The beach and pool area were never crowd. This would be a great place for families as both pools were very warm and there was a shallow area for little ones. We did a big shop at Costco when we arrived, then ate out quite at bit (twice across the street) at the local restaurants including some in P.V. We took taxi's, the shuttle, a bus or walked to get around. We got to know some of the staff who were very helpful and friendly. A great place to stay!

Hola! We just came back from a week at this wonderful condo. It was fantastic, with the turtle sanctuary right in front of the condo - we were directly connected to the nature of Mexico. We even experienced the release of baby Olive Ridley sea turtles and watched as they raced for the sea. The condo itself is on the fifth floor, with a wrap around wide deck facing to the South and West, it has an incredible view of the beach, ocean and the setting sun. The staff is very helpful and you feel very safe in this small community. There are plenty of luxurious and comfortable rooms that would easily accommodate a family or small group of friends - no one will be without their own bathroom, there is even one extra! The mall is within walking distance and groceries are easy to get, but if you would like to eat out there are many restaurants nearby. There are two pools accessible for those staying here, one is cooler than the other should you be a lap swimmer. The beach is not steep and is safe for small children to frolic in. There are palapas on the beach and loungers for those wishing to sunbathe as well as showers/bathroom facilities right off the beach in case you want to spend the day there, no need to go back to the condo for the "facilillities". You can bring your cooler and stay down all day! There is a lot going on here visually for your amusement, there is a "banana boat" that parks close by, it will take a group out, or you can try parasailing if you are adventurous - so even though you are a bit off the beaten track, you still have access to the entertainment like the resorts do. If you want access to massages, they are available just next door for as little as $70 a couple. Check it out for yourself - you won't be disappointed.

We fell in love with Ocean Terrace Condominium the first day we walked through the building. The spectacular decks and unending ocean views had all of us mesmerised and we new we wanted to holiday here year after year.

On site restaurant, beach palapas make sitting at the beautiful sandy beach comfortable, plus two ocean front pools, so wonderful to float around and enjoy the spectacular ocean view The whole family loves freeing the baby Ridley Turtles at sunset, directly in front of Ocean Terrace.
