 This Tower 5- Playa Royale Residence condo is located on the 6th floor of Tower V in Playa Royale, Paradise Village’s finest oceanfront condo development in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico with extensive white sandy beaches and a magnificent view of the Banderas Bay; a unique paradise in Mexico. 



 Our Nuevo Vallarta condo is 5 minutes away from Vallarta Adventures, 15 minutes away from the Puerto Vallarta airport and 20 minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta. 



Our property manager is there should you need any maintenance within the condo, He can also offers airport pick ups. . pre-grocery shopping and local activity bookings





Take a taxi or ride the bus to downtown Puerto Vallarta and enjoy shopping, sightseeing or eating in one of Mexico's fun towns.



 Amenities endless beach loungers, and palapas Playa Royale Beach club and Restaurant Swimming pool, bbqs under the pool deck palapas, hotub, tables & chairs and a stunning tropical garden with lush vegetation, buganvillas, coconuts and palms

You can access the El Tigre Sports Club, for a fee. This regulation has been legislated by the El Tigre Sports Club & administration for all rental guests. There is also a "free shuttle" pick up to Paradise Village Plaza,and area .



The condo has King Master bedroom with sliding doors out to the deck, ocean views!



 A wonderfully large ensuite bathroom, and great closet space. 



 The 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen beds, and another full ensuite bathroom.



 The living room boasts comfortable leather sofa and chairs, Smart t.v to view your own Netflix and Amazon accounts , dvd player & hutch. 



The dining suite is very elegant and seats 6-8, with 3 bars stools where guests can sit while someone makes dinner in the open kitchen, supplied with all the amenities.



 Our oceanfront deck is spacious with table, chairs and loungers -watch the fantastic sunsets...

Great Getaway

We have always enjoyed the ambiance of Tower 5. It is a low key, relaxed atmosphere on a great stretch of Nuevo Vallarta beach.

Great location

Tower 5 is the best place to book. Uninterrupted view of the ocean. Pool was never packed. Beach is 50 yards away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit at Playa Royale. The onsite staff were exceptionally friendly and exceedingly attentive. The property manager, Claudia met us at the unit and was quick to respond to our follow-up questions. The owners were also very attentive, ensuring everything was as it should be and to our satisfaction. We enjoyed our daily walks on the beach and the awesome views of the sunset from the balcony.

Very clean.

I found the condo very clean and welcoming. It was set out for a family of four - which includes my daughter, husband and two girls. It could also accommodate our son, wife and two teenagers. This makes it a go to place for our family. I especially enjoyed the view from the balcony, and especially the sunsets. Thank you for this opportunity to stay in your wonderful condo!

Excellent property that is not overcrowded

Very satisfied. The property manager, Claudia, and her assistant Rocio, were fantastic. I had a problem with the safe and they answered my e-mail immediately and were able to help me right away. Having a super responsive property manager is key to making sure the experience is favorable-- I was very pleased.

We stayed for our family vacation. The condo we got was spacious, the kitchen utensils were well stocked. However when we got there we had a couple problems. The lock to the door was rusted and wouldn’t open unless you messed with the door. We called the property manager but she did not answer, she was also supposed to meet with us upon our arrival but never did. It took us an hour to figure out how to get in our room, the employees at the property had a master key which took us a while to get so that we could lock and unlock the door to the condo without a code dude to the rusted lock. One of the showers had a clogged drain which we also had to fix later on. Besides that, the pool and beach are nice. The employees are a kind. There are no food options on property. You have to walk to another resort for the nearest restaurant. The grocery store is also far, you have to drive out about 15 minutes. You need a vehicle to get around. They also do not clean at all, only before your arrival and after your departure. They don’t throw the trash or make beds so don’t come expecting that service.

Terrible website. Good stay

When trying to reserve a place to stay ON VRBO, we found that advertised places were not really available. The owners tried to secure the week AFTER we requested it, finding the wee was not really available for them to rent. We finally found this place which is very nice, quiet and well kept. Beach and pool are great. No beachside service by our building so had to walk down to the restaurant to get some to eat/drink. We love PVR, and this is a good location.

Paradise!

The condo is exactly how it is described! Every day we woke up to the amazing view of the sea and every night, we saw amazing sunsets. Great security! Nuevo Vallarta is a great place to be away from the crowds. The beach is sandy and amazing! We would come back in a heartbeat! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Great getaway!

Thanks to all who made our stay so pleasant. We really enjoyed the quality of the apartment, furnished in good taste and roomy. Great privacy and a well kept complex, attention to detail on every floor. The apartment air conditioning worked very well was very cool and controlled, no noise, very quiet and peaceful. Everything we needed from dishes, towels. Extra bedding items. The staff was very courteous and helpful from our arrival at the lobby to greetings every day and asking what we needed. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean and the water temperature just right. The gardens were lush green and manicured, beauttiful palms amd flowers.. Security was great at the entryway, on the grounds and a keypad access to the beach area. Right on the beach, we saw sea turtles laying their eggs. Wonderful view of the entire bay. Clean and inviting. We were very pleased. Will return and highly recommend it to anyone.

Perfect beach-front location

Beautiful, spacious condo. Perfect for our family of five. Great pool area and outdoor BBQ/eating area which can be booked in advance. Not crowded at all even over Christmas. We will definitely return.

The view from this condo is amazing!!!

Beautiful Condo !!!

This condo is as gorgeous as the pictures make it out to be. We love the Mexican décor and flare, yet it has all the modern things like the Star choice t.v, the wi-fi and the Magic Jack phone to make it so easy to stay here and be connected with our family. It's spacious, well equipped, and the view is wonderful! We love this building better than the rest & will be back.

The experience was fantastic !!!

The experience was fantastic. It is no wonder you are so booked up here all the time. We are thinking maybe to come back in May or June as we hear the turtle preservation and egg hatching season is fun to participate in. No doubt if we plan on a few weeks in the winter we will contact you well in advance. Your condo is so great and probably the nicest of the 1 bedrooms in the building. Thanks for having us!
