At the Beautiful Majestic Beach Resort - TOWER 1

This large condo comfortably sleeps 12 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.

* 2 Master suites – Each with a KING size beds and on-suite bathroom.

The oceanfront master offers a Jacuzzi tub.

The 3rd bedroom has 2 QUEEN size beds and a large flat screen TV.

The 4th bedroom has twin size bunk beds with a flat screen TV.

The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed.

All bedrooms have large flat screen TVs and there are plenty of closets and dressers to unpack all of your needs, for any length of stay.

This Condo is on the 2nd floor (not too high like many units, but still with a great view of the ocean & you or your kids are never hostage to the elevator in this Condo!), a perfect height to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, watch the dolphins, or listen to the relaxing ocean waves on the extra-large balcony, or from the living room and the master bedroom. The additional wrap around balcony also overlooks the outdoor pools and the Majestic's H20 Bar & Grill located on the pool deck!

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and all of your cooking needs should you choose to stay in and cook.

Majestic Beach Resort offers the most amenities of any resort on Panama City Beach:

This unit is professionally and locally managed, and the owner has placed his trust in us with this being his 3rd Condo in PCB under contract with our management company! Many condos are managed by out of the state owners that cannot respond to immediate needs. The Owner CARES and we CARE!
Every turnover provides new sheets, linens and towels. So you know you will be staying in the cleanest best kept unit!
You will be hard pressed to find a newly remodeled 4 bedroom unit with all of these resort amenities anywhere else on Panama City Beach, and this unit is going to book up quickly!

Our condo was filthy. We spent our first hours there cleaning and washing sheets. The view is obstructed by palm trees. The pool is clean but ice cold. I have attached photos for you to see. No one should have to stay in a condo this disgusting and pay what we paid. We have submitted a request for a refund to their website. I would appreciate any help you could provide. We had 2 people end up very sick from the filth and mold. We left early due to this condo being so bad.

Overall the stay was average. Not great but also not terrible. Could have used some more plates, cups and silverware. The place was okay on cleanliness. There was lots of dust on the utility closet, trash (used tampon applicator) under the TV stands. The refrigerator water filter light was on all week. We had black stuff come out of the jets in the tub. The porch had some spots that were pretty gross looking but the location was great. Loved not having to use the elevator daily and able to use the steps. Most of the backs of the remotes were either missing or broken so couldn’t control the TV in the room with 2 queens. The backs of cushions on the couch were ripped up and several stains on furniture. Some of kitchen cabinets were also falling apart.

The floor plan was nice. The balcony was very large. However, the front view was obstructed by four palm trees (the only balcony in the entire tower with palm trees in front!) and the side view overlooked two swimming pools. Not exactly a calm, relaxing time to enjoy the beauty of the beach. The floors in the unit and the balcony were dirty when we arrived. In fact, we found food swept under the dresser in the double bed room and gummies under the bunk bed. The kitchen was not stocked very well for a four bedroom unit. There was a lack of (or no) baking sheets, hot pads, coffee mugs (one was chipped, there were two others), drinking glasses, dishes, and utensils. Not even enough for 4 people.In fact, my son went and bought an inexpensive set of forks and spoons. We found nowhere to hang wet towels in any of the bathrooms. Additionally, there were no additional blankets or sheets. The shower head in the second master bathroom was extremely weak. The sofa was falling apart, as were the throw pillows on the sofa. The dining room chair legs were wobbly. There was an exposed nail in the barstool next to the wall. Additionally, there were no knobs on the pantry doors. The dryer does not dry very well at all. The outdoor furniture was rusted and dirty. Basically, this unit lacked maintenance and upkeep. This may sound harsh, but this is the worst unit we have stayed in for quite some time. We can overlook a small issue here or there, but this was just not a well kept unit.

This condo is far from the expectations set by the listing description.Firstly, the appliances advertised as “new” were not in good condition. Upon arrival, I found the condo dirty, which was quite disappointing. The washer and dryer had issues; the dryer failed to work during the last two days of our stay, despite us reporting this to the management company. It’s alarming to note that previous reviews have mentioned these problems for several months, yet no action seems to have been taken.Additionally, there was a leak in the hall bathroom, which led to mold on the ceiling. Instead of proper repairs, it appeared to have just been sprayed with something, leaving me uneasy about hygiene. The sofa was another letdown; it was dirty and had ripped cushions, making it uncomfortable to use.The kitchen was also lacking; the garbage disposal didn’t have a splash guard, resulting in utensils frequently falling into it. I would recommend bringing your own cookware and dishes because there was only enough for six people or fewer, which is inadequate for larger groups.Furthermore, the outer covering on all the cabinets was peeling, giving the place a neglected look. Having stayed at Majestic many times, this was by far the worst experience I've had. Moving forward, I regret not reading the reviews regarding this management company before booking.

Not what I expected

Wasn’t worth what I paid. Two of the TVs never worked, the dryer was very loud and took hours to dry one load, the washer kept throwing error codes, there are huge palm trees blocking the view to the ocean. The decor was a hodge podge of things and the couch had a huge tear in it. I called and emailed the company and they did send someone out but he didn’t fix anything. He just said they needed to be replaced. And the worst part was the huge roaches!

Very disappointed

Upon check in we had to wait 1 1/2 hours before we could check into our room with a 83 yr old mother on a walker having to wait in the lobby!! Not very professional at all! This place was way over priced!! Everything was filthy dirty! We had to wash dishes before using, bunk room smelled of urine when walking in and pulled up sheets to find pee stain mattress that we couldn’t allow our kids to sleep in. Upon booking we register 11 guest and didn't have enough dishes or towels for more than one day! Who wants to do laundry daily while on vacation? The dryer was broken and took 3 hours to dry laundry that we shouldn’t had to do. I placed a service call for washer to be looked at, fixed and no one showed up! Didn’t have but 1 dish rag, no dish towels. The security at the resort made you feel like criminals! They watched for people without wrist bands. If you left the resort and came back without wrist band on, you were stopped! We couldn't even set on the side of the pool with a plastic bottle of water without being told no drinks with in 6 feet of the pool. It was not a relaxing vacation. Will not be back again!

Could have been better for the price

The property was good size for our group. We were on the 2nd floor and there were elevators close so that made it very convenient. The view wasn't the best because there were palm trees right in front of the balcony. The only real concern I had was the cleanliness of the unit. When we first arrived the washer was filthy and we didn't have a broom or mop in the unit to even clean the door. I did email the property manager though and she had a broom delivered and then a service man came the next day to fix the washer. Our comforter on the master bed had dried food all over it and they had just turned it over instead of washing it so I had wash it. The dryer also took about 2 hours to dry a load of clothes. This is not huge stuff but for almost 6000.00 for the week it would be good if stuff was in better shape. None of this stopped us from having an amazing time though and we love the Majestic. Oh yeah, and the cushions on the couch were ripped. So to the owner, you may want to do some upgrades and find a better cleaning company but the size of the unit is wonderful for a big family like ours and when I did have a problem the response was in a prompt manner.

Honest review

The majestic is a nice property. I do believe the condo we stayed in needs a deep clean that im sure cannot be done in the busy season but needs to be addressed. Also it needs maintenance bad. Al ot of wear and tear.

Hands down best part of this rental was location! Right off frontage road, steps from the beach, 2nd floor made for easy access not having to wait for elevators. central to everything outside of the resort. The pictures definitely scream luxury but reality inside could use some work. floors were real dirty. our feet were black if we walked barefoot. We found dirty bedding on beds. dishwasher and washer and dryer did not work well. while we barely spent anytime physically in the condo if you are someone who does you might want to consider these things. Lots of security on property which is good they made sure everyone had wrist bands so make sure you have those.

Best place for spring break!

My friends and I stayed here over spring break, it was exactly as described and had such an easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful

The property was beautiful. The price was amazing. The only thing I would complain about is the beds that the ocean view room bed and the back room 2 queen beds need updated, and the back room I would personally add more warming decorations. I would still stay here again though as the location of the condo was amazing and well worth it. The owners were very helpful and willing to help us with the things we asked.

Great location

We had to sweep the floor when we arrived. The coffee pot still had a filter and old coffee in it. Location was great for getting to the pool and beach. The elevators where a wait so we used the stairs. The cleanliness of the condo had something to be desired, Cabinets in all rooms showed their age. Dryer lint area needs a good cleaning and the gasket on the door was falling off. Nothing against the condo itself but the cleaning service and kitchen supplies need improvement.

My review

I was very disappointed in cleanliness of this condo. There was dirt on the floor and bathroom floor was dirty. The price I pay for housekeeping, this was disgusting!

There were a few minor things like one of the beds being sunken in, the location to everything was good with an amazing view of the gulf. Our only complaint would be the security at the property, they were beyond rude. Overall we had a great stay and had plenty of room for everyone.

Great location

The location of this property was perfect. Easy walks to shopping and restaurants, so no need to get the car out. Loved being on the 2nd floor close to stairs so no waiting on the busy elevators. Layout of the condo was great and had a nice big table for fun card games.
