Welcome to 'Beach Charmony', Located just 1 mile down the road from the beach, you will be just moments from fun in the sun and sand. All the amenities that the Myrtle Beach area has to offer is at your instant disposal. If you want to catch some waves, fish off Surfside Pier (fishing equip. supplied), spend the day boating, or watch the sun rise at the beach, it's all just minutes away.
Beach Charmony is located in the family oriented area of Surfside Beach. It's surrounded by over 80 local area Golf Course's. Mulitple Miniture Golf and Water Parks for the whole family to enjoy. It has it's own centrally located pool set on the side of South Bay Lake. Newly updated for 2022 with brand new floors, Living room and Dinning room furniture. Complete with pool side lounge chairs, charcoal BBQ's, and picnic tables. It's an ideal place to unwind, grill and enjoy a cocktail and watch the sunset over the lake!
The condo itself has all the charm of home. Located on the ground floor it is just steps from the pool and has a second entranceway to the parking lot for your convenience. An electric Fireplace sets the charm in the Living Room which opens to a Sunroom to accommodate the whole family. The Master Suite has a Queen size bed and it's own full bathroom. The Second bedroom also has a Queen bed and the Third bedroom has two twin beds to sleep 6 comfortably. A second full bathroom is centrally located. The Dinning Room and open Kitchen w/ breakfast counter, complete the Great Room area with Wide Screen cable TV/DVD. The unit also has a Laundry room with a full washer and dryer for your use. All the linens, towels and utensils you could possibly need to make you feel at home are supplied for your total vacation enjoyment, so you can have your own 'Charmony' experience.

Amazing property

The property was exactly as described! Possibly even better. It was stocked so no right away store runs which was so nice! Mark was amazing to deal with and made our 28 day stay awesome! Would definitely consider staying again if back to this area!

Perfect for a family trip

We had a great time in Myrtle Beach thanks to Mark! Only a 10 minute drive from the shore line, and access to all of the National Parks! Highly recommend staying here, great deal and lots of room!

Great place!

Very nice place and well stocked. Check in and out was very simple. The pool was great and never crowded. There was plenty of parking and it is less than a 10 minute drive to most places in the area including the beach access lots. We would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

The condo was very easy to get to and when we arrived the place was very clean. There were plenty of bath essentials and everything we needed for the kitchen. Overall great experience and stay.

The space was just big enough for all of us. The pool was a wonderful added bonus that we all enjoyed. The place was close to so many things and wasn’t hard to find.

Great location for a get away.

We were very pleased with this property. Manager and owner were very accommodating. Pool was a plus and neighbors very nice. Beaches and main attractions very close. I would definitely rent again. Thank you.

Great place!

This place was in a great location. Very close to the parking lot and first floor which was very convenient for loading and unloading. Short walk to the pool which wasn’t crowded at all. The condo was very clean & fully stocked with everything you’d need. Beds were comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

This place was amazing! Very clean, well-equipped, and great communication with the owner. My only comment that would be negative is that the first bedroom that my oldest daughter stayed in said that the mattress was really uncomfortable.

Awesome vacation!!

We're heading home from another great stay at beach charmony! We love staying here year after year, Jean (the property manager), and Mark (owner) are a pleasure to speak with and the condo was clean and welcoming as usual! We had plenty of space for our family of 4, and although we didn't spend too much time at home the kids loved the pool! Very close to all restaurants and shops - Myrtle beach state park pass is a great bonus too!

Great condo!

We stayed here to be close to family who live nearby and visit the beaches. This condo was very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed to cook several meals in the well stocked kitchen. The complex was very quiet and close to everything. Our kids loved the pool and feeding the swans and ducks right by the pond. The beach was just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Just right

We would definetly sty here again. The property was very well appointed with everything we needed. Mark was great with communicating with us and the unit was clean. It was 100 degrees when we were in SC, but the AC and pool did not disappoint. We likes the decor or the place too.

Great vacation

We had a great time at beach charmony. It was the perfect location, only a mile from the beach and right around the corner from food lion and dollar general. The pool was steps away from the door and my kids loved it. Also it was great not having to worry about all the extra stuff- there were beach chairs, boogie boards, and many other extra amenities for us to use ! :) thank you !

When we first walked in, we were just in awe. The space, the decor, this place had everything! Perfect for our family of 6. There were games, beach towels and an umbrella! Made us all feel like we were home. If we come back to South Carolina we're definitely gonna get in touch with Mark or Jean! Awesome people and a great place for a vacation!

Second time here

We loved our stay so much last year we booked this place again this year. The kids love it. So much to do, so close by. Beaches are super close, as well as restaurants, waterparks, mini golf, shops. Everything you need is there. The place is always clean and stocked. Which is great because it means less to pack. The pool at the condo is great. We love everything about this place. We will definitely be back again!

Cozy condo in good location

We enjoyed staying at this condo for the second time. It is located close to Surfside pier with a short drive that's a straight shot. The condo was clean and beachy decorated. We love that its on the first floor and easy access to the parking lot and pool. The pool is small but adequate and not busy. It has a nice view of the pond. Mark was communicative and easy to reach. The state park pass that's available is a golden ticket! It gives you free access to the beaches that aren't as crowded as the others. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely book this place again!

Came back for another vacation.

I am writing this review as we are driving back home. Our family of 5 decided to spend 2019 vacation in Myrtle Beach/ Surfside Beach area. We searched around but we kept coming back to this condo. We stayed at this condo in 2017 and we loved it. So it was no brainer to comeback to a place that feels like home away from home. It is 20 minutes away from Broadway and other fun places. Beach is just down the street about 5 minute ride. Having pool close to a condo always a plus with kids. We will be back for next Myrtle Beach vacation. Thank you Mark for opening your house to our family.

Awesome Condo

This condo is amazing. Perfect location, just down the road from the beach. Condo has everything you could want or need on your trip. Mark takes very good care of this place and his Manager checks on you during your arrival and upon your departure. One creative idea they do is prior guests actually leave any leftover unused and unopened water, alcohol, condiments, dry goods and various other items, so you always have everything you could need. So much to do in the area, your family will never get bored. Plus the grounds have a wonderful pool and barbecue area. And if you go to the pond to feed the fish you will get a nice surprise, about 50 turtles arrive to feed as well. We will definitely be back. Thanks Mark.

Comfort of a house on vacation.

My family has been vacationing at Surfside Beach for 10 years. We have rented before in that area and we love the location. This condo was perfect for us. It had everything we wanted and needed. As we packed light this year, washer and dryer came handy. We were able to save a lot of money by cooking 4 days, thanks to a kitchen that had everything that we needed. Food Lion is just around the corner and Walmart is 10 minutes away. The condo is only a few minutes away from the beach, but after a few days at the beach, kids were tired of sand. A pool was a nice option for the kids, as we spend a few days there. I feel that this year we actually relaxed. Thank you.

Perfect spot!

Place was as advertised. Very clean. Large master bedroom with its own bathroom. Rooms are nice sized. Living room, kitchen, dining area. Spacious, plenty of room for our family of 5. It had everything we needed and more. We cooked most of our meals, food lion, dollar general right down the road. Beach is a mile away but definitely use the state park passes! The condo itself is steps away from the pool which we used every day. It's close to all major attractions in the area, water parks, aquarium. We really had a great stay!! My husband and I already agreed we would be back! Mark is easy to deal with, quick to respond when we had questions before we arrived. Highly recommend!

The Beach, the Restaurant's, the Shopping and overall activities has made this our favorite vacation destination and we are thrilled to share it with you!

A retired NYC Law Enforcment Captain, my family and I have found vacation Harmony at Myrtle / Surfside Beach. There is something for everyone here. Whether we're enjoying the beautiful serene beaches just 1 mile down the road as a family or one of the areas many Golf courses, it's an ideal vacation home. My children specially love all the miniature golf, Magiquest and nearby Water Parks. The best part is you can undertake all the excitements Myrtle Beach has to offer or just hang out a few steps away at our Lakeside Pool and watch the sunsets. We like to BBQ by the pool a couple of days, enjoy dinning at restaurant row but our absolute favorite is just down the road and having our Surfside 'Cheeseburger's in Paradise' at the beach! We like having all the Charm of home and the Harmony of a beach vacation all wrapped up in one. You too will enjoy what we like to call 'Beach Charmony' when you choose to stay with us.
