I wouldn't have you back. You did nothing but complain. Exactly what am I meant to do about the location? It is where it is. If you don’t like that then you should have done your research. I can't exactly pick up the beach & move it. Many people love the tranquil location & come just for that seclusion. The only thing you asked me about what before stay was the snorkeling. Notice no comment about that or perhaps it wasn't the right fish ? You know nothing about who stays here & how often. Perhaps you like to live in a clutter but the property has everything to keep you comfortable & is just the way I like it.

I appreciate any guest who chooses to share my 'home'. This is what it is 1st & foremost & as such appreciate Emma's opinion on her stay. However, an opinion is just what it is. Very different from fact. It is worthy to note that this was Emma's 2nd visit to Little Bay, the 1st being in a much larger & more expensive unit than mine, which was also deemed disappointing . Perhaps for some , you can never get what you pay for. I have no plans to deconstruct the stairs, considered ugly... they are what they are & no plans either to provide crystal glasses or fine china . So if grandeur is what is necessary then this is not the place for you. I will always remain attentive, as alluded to & My mistake for leaving some of my family's personal items in our draws was rectified. All the rooms are well lit , as photo's show, The Panasonic ceiling fans were deliberately chosen & Table & Floor lamps in bedroom give ample light. No electrical mishap took place on Emma's stay, The breaker which chipped during a power outage... This does happen in the Caribbean ! actually occurred on the 1st day of my previous guests stay ( August 14th, see review ) yet despite this, this guest had no complaints.. I live a simple , uncluttered life taking pleasure in the natural beauty of life, which is why I own in Jamaica. This home is a family hub which reflects who I am . I take pride in it & have all that is necessary to ensure a comfortable vacation ensuring that guests are responded to with courtesy & treated the way I would wish to be. I understand that for some that will not always be possible & so thank Emma for choosing me , but remind her that the disappointment was set from her day of arrival when she told me that she thought she had booked a beach front unit & as such my place, although advertised exactly as it is, was never going to be quite what was wanted. I have been renting this property since ownership for over a year now & this is the 1st disappointing review I have had. I will of course strive to ensure this is the only one of it's kind. Once again, thank you Emma & I sincerely hope that you're future stay's in Jamaica are more' what you're used to'.
