Gorgeous Villa with HUGE Pool Deck and Pastoral Views--This is IT!

Pastoral Palms Villa is located in the quiet country setting of Wildflower Ridge. Situated on one of the largest lots in the subdivision, the east-facing, extended pool deck is not overlooked and provides a wonderful pastoral view of the countryside. Yet guests will find they are only minutes away from all the Orlando area has to offer.

Our villa is completely new inside and out! We have gone above and beyond to ensure the highest quality accommodations for your vacation. Our home is maintained to our exacting standards. This is not your typical vacation home!

Beds/Baths: We offer 4 well appointed bedrooms featuring all new furnishings, mattresses and linens. The 2 en-suite bedrooms are equipped with King size beds and offer the ultimate in privacy and comfort. The 3rd bedroom is set up with a plush queen size bed and is decorated in soothing blues with beautiful crystal accent pieces. The 4th room has two twin beds featuring an African decor. All bedrooms have TVs with cable / streaming devices and ceiling fans. Alarm clocks have been included in both the King rooms and the Queen room. Our sleeping accommodations will leave you well rested, to get the most out of each day of your vacation! The King rooms and Queen room feature the BeautyRest Disney Deluxe mattresses. These are the same mattresses used at Disney's Deluxe level resorts. All bedrooms feature double roller shades that provide both black-out and light filtering options.

Our home has three baths, two of which are en-suite. The third has direct pool access. One master bath includes a large garden tub with separate shower, dual sinks, and water closet. The other master bath features a HUGE walk-in shower. The pool bath has a tub with shower. All baths are equipped with hair dryers.

Kitchen and Dining: Our kitchen is equipped to the highest standards offering a full sized glass top stove with convection and air fryer oven, microwave, ultra-quiet dishwasher, a large french door refrigerator with ice maker offering both ice and chilled, filtered water in the door as well as an additional craft ice maker in the freezer. We have also included for your convenience a blender, drip coffee maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, electric kettle, electric mixer, and waffle maker. Cookware, serving pieces, flatware, utensils, dinnerware, glassware and even plastic ware for poolside dining, have all been included. If you are looking to eat-in, we have provided all the things you will need to prepare an unbelievable meal! Remember though, you are on vacation!

Our home offers three dining areas for our guests. The breakfast room overlooks the pool and offers a beautiful counter height table with seating for 8, for your informal meals and snacks. In the dining room we offer seating for 8 at a large, formal dining table. For those that like to dine alfresco, a poolside dining table is set up on the covered lanai.

Relaxing Inside and Out: In our large, bright family room we have a massive sectional seating arrangement that offers two over-sized recliners and a huge reclining chaise. There are no bad seats in this room. All offer extremely comfortable viewing areas of the 75"' QLED-HD flat screen SMART TV with over 300 channels, streaming device, a Blu-ray player and a large collection of movies for your enjoyment. A ceiling fan provides additional air circulation for the room. This room looks out onto our covered lanai and pool deck with access via a large sliding glass door.

For those looking for a place to enjoy quiet conversation, reading or those that need a work space (isn't this a vacation?), we offer a beautifully appointed den. With a comfy sofa and chair, multiple end tables, lamps, and a desk, this room is a great multi-use room for a quiet escape. This room also has a ceiling fan for added comfort.

Out on the pool deck we offer comfortable patio furniture for soaking up the sun! Enjoy the pool & spa, lounge in the sun with a book or take in the view from the covered lanai. We have installed a great new ceiling fan on the covered lanai! Not only does the fan look amazing but it also helps provide a gentle breeze for those seeking the cooling shade of the lanai as a respite from the warm Florida sun! The outside living space has been expanded to include an extended patio for grilling up tasty meals on the large stainless steel gas barbecue grill. There is a 47" LCD TV with access to Digital Cable and streaming device, mounted under the covered lanai. The salt water pool and spa can be heated for an additional fee.

Our laundry room features an extra large capacity HE top load washer and extra large capacity HE dryer. Additionally a large drying rack, steam iron, and ironing board are provided.

Security Camera Disclosure:
Our home is monitored by four exterior mounted cameras that record both video and audio. Camera 1 is mounted at the garage and covers the parking area and street. Camera 2 is mounted at the entry and covers the door and walkway. Camera 3 is mounted at the front corner of the house and covers the front yard, street and walkway. Camera 4 is mounted at the front corner of the house and covers the side yard and pool equipment.
