We are honored to welcome you to Village Villas #2201! This unique condo is tucked away on the edge of the Pier Village surrounded by some of the island's best points of interest. You'll be steps from some of St. Simons' most beloved restaurants, including Iguana's, Barbara Jean's, Del Sur, Georgia Sea Grill, and Mullet Bay to name a few. Easily walk to dinner or bike to the beach. Enjoy a sunrise or sunset stroll to the pier and watch the ships come in. Make sure to relax by the pool and cool off during the summer months!
Village Villas is a gated complex that some would argue is the best-kept secret of the Pier Village! While it is within walking distance from many shops and restaurants, you will have a sense of privacy from all the hustle and bustle. These Spanish-style buildings are less than 20 years old and are surrounded by beautiful shade trees. There are elevators and communal patios on every floor. While the layouts of the condos may be very similar, each one is decorated according to its owner's taste. These units are unique and highly sought-after for a good reason!
