Luxurious Tropical Pool Home on the Water - 5 STARS!

This canal front 3 bedroom 3 bath home with dockage for up to a 38' boat and free internet has an amazing entertaining area. Enjoy the heated Pool, Tiki Bar, Outdoor wet kitchen and plenty of areas for lounging around. Upstairs has a beautiful deck with lots of space for entertaining and adjoins your living and dining area if so desired. This home has beautiful wide water views overlooking the gorgeous Florida Keys. Great water views from every room in the house. Located in Key Largo at MM 103 on the bayside and close to John Pennekamp Park, local shopping , fine restaurants, diving, fishing or just swimming with the dolphins!

There are 3 bedrooms in the house, the master bedroom
has a king size bed, the guest room has a queen size bed and the third room has twin size bunk beds and a trundle.

5. Are all bedrooms on the second floor?

Yes all bedrooms are located on the second floor.

6. Are TV’s, cable, and a DVD player available?

Yes we have TV’s, cable, and a DVD player available in the house.

7. Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately one of my kids is very allergic and therefore we cannot have any smoking or pets at the house, no exceptions.

We Will Be Back!

Pictures do not due justice to this lovely home. One of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in. Beds are comfy and the home is well supplied with anything you may need. Communication was wonderful and Miguel is the best! Can’t wait for next year

Key Largo Stay

My husband, parents, and I stayed in this comfy Key Largo home Feb 2024. Views down the canal were stellar with tarpon and manatee sightings almost daily. When we weren’t out on the water, we spent the majority of our time enjoying the covered deck or in the heated pool! Gerald was super communicative and quick to answer any questions.

Special Place in Key Largo

The property was clean and perfect for our one month stay. The heated pool area was fabulous and we enjoyed it daily. Tiki bar with grill, beachy decor, and large screen TV was such fun. Our host, Gerald, was attentive to our needs and responded immediately to any questions. One downside is the house under construction across the canal which was quite noisy at times. All in all it was a great time.

Key Largo Canal Paradise

My husband and I had the opportunity to rent this lovely home in Dec 22/Jan23. The property is well maintained with amazing canal views to spot daily wildlife to include Manatees, Dolphins, and Tarpons. Recommend renting bikes to explore some of the many restaurants' that are short bike ride away. The owner is very responsive both before and during our stay. If we ever get an opportunity to come down again we will definitely be the place we would choice again.

Relaxation At Its Best

Everything here was perfect. From booking to check out and everything in-between. Gerald answered any questions we had immediately. The house was perfect inside and out. The pool and outdoor entertaining area was absolutely wonderful. To say we didn't want to leave is an understatement. We would love to come back next year, if timing works out for us. Thank you for a comfortable relaxing stay. Hope to be back soon

It's a 10!

Location, location, location. Close to the restaurants, groceries, shops means convenience. Pool and the canal make for a resort view. The pool is divine. Perfect for a boat as there is easy quick access to the gulf and the cut to the ocean side. Also the outside kitchen, high end bbq grill, and cushioned seating area is a bonus.Spacious and comfortable living quarters, well appointed with kitchen essentials.Excellent communication with owner and management team. Several checkins to make sure everything was in order for our enjoyment. One of the best Key Largo, best Keys vacations we've had.

Amazing property!!

We loved our stay at Bardisa Resort! The house was clean, the canal is wide and the dock was perfect for our 23 foot boat. The pool was perfect for a hot summer day! The owner was very nice and always available by text for any questions we had. I 10/10 recommend this home. Best summer ever!

Perfect place and location!

The property is amazing, couldn’t ask for a better location to so many great restaurants and activities! The dock for our boat was perfect, ramp located a mile away and easy to get to the house! Boating from here was great, bayside and ocean side, easy access to both! Highly recommend, Gerald the property manager was great at communicating which is super important to me when using an rental. Hope to return next year!

Wonderful trip!

We stayed here for 2 months (Feb/Mar 2022) and absolutely loved it! We didn't want to leave. The house was very comfortable and nicely furnished. I spent most of my time in the pool and my husband kayaked, fished from the dock, and went out fishing with new friends we met while there. We had a great time. It was a perfect "home away from home" for us. The property manager was very responsive and helpful with a few minor issues that arose during our stay. Totally enjoyed our stay there, and we hope to come back!

Key Largo Fun

We loved our stay at this rental. It is a beautiful house with everything you need to enjoy Key Largo. Great bar/pool outside area to barbeque and relax. We will come back soon!

Fantastic Month Long Stay

We had a wonderful month long stay. The house was perfect and well stocked with kitchen items, grilling utensils, beach and bath towels, paper towels, etc. There was plenty of space for the three of us and family members that came to visit. The outdoor pool (which was very well maintained during our stay)/tiki bar area is a fantastic set-up that everyone loved. We grilled multiple times a week. The bedrooms were all very comfortable. Our daughter especially loved the "mermaid room". The master bed had one of the most comfortable mattress I've ever stayed. There was plenty of drawer and closet space. We spent lots of time on the upstairs deck lounging, "working from home" and playing games. We also saw manatees, tarpon and dolphins in the canal. The location is great. It's close to a lot of wonderful restaurants and shops. The owner was extremely responsive and kind which made this place truly feel like a home away from home. We were terribly sad to leave but hope to be back one day soon!

Beauty and Luxury in the Keys

This place is everything that it promised. Great southern Florida location ideally situated between Miami and Key West. The well appointed home sits on a picturesque section of the canal with great views of the sunrise and sunset. The property was clean and had everything you need for a great vacation.We spent lots of quality time sitting out on the dining room deck and on the lower level at the Tiki Bar and deck area around the pool / dock area. It was very nice having the full washroom on the bar level and music channels on the large screen tv. The heated pool really sets this property apart from the others in the area. We used it and enjoyed it almost every day of our stay. The neighbors were welcoming and friendly. The kids were entertained fishing off the dock for a vast variety of fish. We met many manatees and some with calves. Dolphins would travel up and down the canal on occasion and watching the large tarpon breach the surface of the water was exciting. There were many great restaurants and shopping in the area. Billy was very helpful with organizing the rental details.

Paradise!! As advertised

We stayed here in july 2015 with my parents, siste, nephew, my husband and kids. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We rented kayaks and went right off the dock. Easy access to supermarket. The kids fished in the canal as well. We rented a boat and parked it here and used it to visit popular snorkeling spots and to fish. The decor was tropical and well-kept. The outdoor areas for coffee in the morning and all day/night swimming in the pool, hammock and the tiki bar made this a fantastic stay for all. Close to pennekamp. Great times!

Best VRBO experience to date!

Everything about this rental was amazing. The communication was always prompt and professional and the house itself was just as advertised and seen in the pictures. My husband and I were there alone for two weeks but had family and friends visit the other weeks and it was comfortable and cozy for just the two of us but even better when we had folks visiting. With three full bathrooms, each couple had their own bath and bedroom. The outdoor space is also a bonus. The balcony just off the main upstairs living area with a table and comfortable seating for outdoor meals and drinks was a nice place for morning coffee and evening drinks to watch the sunset. We ate ALL our meals at the house because the downstairs Tiki Bar/Grill/Dining/Entertaining area was also amazing. THEN there is the heated pool. It was the perfect size to relax and cool off. The owner has a professional service that comes to service the pool once a week so it was always clean and well maintained. We had our boat with us and the location is perfect for access to the bay or cut through to the ocean. We also liked the orientation of the house as it sits at the end of a block so our view was down the canal with a great view versus staring straight across at another house. In short, everything was perfect. We will for sure be back!!!!

Lovely home

First the positive: We rented this home for about 6 weeks this winter. We had friends and family visit us and there was room for everyone in this very beautiful home. The beds are comfortable, the furnishings are high quality. The window treatments are designer quality and really nice. Great pool! The pool and home were very clean. We saw manatees and tarpon from the dock, and it is very easy access to the bay. The negatives I will list will not prevent us from renting the home in the future. First and foremost, I really enjoy lying in bed and watching TV, but there are no TV's in any of the bedrooms. If there had been a TV just in the master, we would have rented again, but after putting in my request, they chose not to install a TV, which is of course their prerogative. And there are plenty of other TV's throughout the house, and they are very nice. Some other things that bothered us... The master closet was filled with their personal belongings, so not really any room for our belongings. And being there 6 weeks, I needed a closet badly. Even though I felt like I was invading their privacy, I pushed their things aside to make room for our clothing, shoes, etc. I didn't know what else to do. The closet clearly stated "owner's closet". We have our own VRBO unit in Colorado, and make sure the closets in the bedrooms are empty for our guests. The kitchen was poorly stocked and I needed to go buy a casserole dish and frying pan. The dinnerware is very poor quality plastic that did not hold up to microwaving or the dishwasher. Glassware was very nice. The sheets in the master bedroom were very worn and pilled so I rummaged through another closet also marked owners closet to find a decent set. The comforter on the master bedroom wasn't too clean so the first day there I took it to a laundromat and washed it. The security is very tight at this home, which I suppose is a good thing, but there are flashing lights everywhere (which we covered up with a paper bag at night cuz they kept us up!). Each time the door opens an alarm beeps and it was slightly annoying. Very beefed up security! Also, I sure do enjoy hooks in the bathroom for pj's and bathrobes, towels n such, but only one towel bar in each bathroom, no hooks. We put a towel down in the master cuz the tub was a little slippery. All this being said, we enjoyed ourselves immensely and would love to return! The positives far outweigh the negatives. Great home!

Our family had a great time here. The home interior is set up perfectly for a family or couples looking to share lodging. It was very clean and equipped with nice appliances if you choose to cook and eat in. The bar by the pool was a nice extra. We grilled out one night by the pool and had the best evening of the trip. Having a private pool was huge! It was fun for the kids and relaxing for the adults. I would go so far as saying it was therapeutic, after a day of going 100mph doing Activities, it was great to come home to a pool and a beer. The whole place was set up with a lot of fore thought. Plenty of towels, bedding, cooking utensils, etc are provided. We wanted for nothing. The property is easy to find and access. The property manager did a great job making everything easy and smooth. If your looking for a great property without any headaches, this is your place!

Great place to relax

My husband and I very much enjoyed the property. It was clean and definitely set up for fun in the sun. Great tiki bar and pool. My sister's and their husband's joined us for the weekend and had a great time fishing. Some days the water was clear enough to see a lot of fish, how cool to see 4-5 foot tarpon that close, not to mention the manatees and their babies. Location is great for shopping, dining, and some great bars. Will definitely be back. FYI, the owner Bill is very nice and accommodating.

Wonderful Time!

My husband, three sons, and father in-law had a wonderful time at the Bardisa Resort. The very first day we were greeted by two manatees and each had a calf with them! Amazing! The house had everything we could need and the pool was conveniently gated to keep my youngest children from wandering near when we were not busy swimming. There were plenty of recommendations in the binder at the home to help us navigate restaurants and boat rentals. We rented a boat and some kayaks for the week and saw so much out on the water. We loved our stay. Hope to make it back again soon.

Great choice for families

Enjoyed a wonderful week at this property with our grand kids and our daughter and son-in-law. Property was clean and as advertised. Close to Pennekamp (less than a mile), Publix market, and lots of good restaurants. The kids enjoyed the pool and fishing in the canal where they caught a number of small grunt. Also had a nice visit from momma manatee and her newborn calf, who swan right up to the dock looking for a splash of fresh water from the hose. Easy access for boat owners/renters to both the bay and ocean. Property is nicely set up with your choice of eating outside on the ground floor by the pool and outdoor kitchen, or eating at either an indoor or outdoor table up on the second floor by the main kitchen. Bedrooms are nicely sized and with decent quality linens, etc. (The mattress in the master is not for folks who like their bedding on the firm side). Good kitchen equipment, blenders, and utensils. Had a great time, and would recommend this highly as it was a good property at a fair price for the Keys.

This is paradise!

My family of five had such a wonderful week at the Bardisa Resort. The waterfront home is lovely inside and out. We could not get enough of watching the manatees, dolphins and pelicans from the dock. The heated pool provides endless hours of fun and the views are spectacular. We highly recommend this property for the ultimate relaxing vacation. The location is so close to many watersport activities and restaurants that it is always easy to find interesting things to fill your days. We dream of going back to this paradise!

You are right - it was Paradise!!!

We loved the place - great location, great pool & tiki bar area. Loved the décor we felt like we were at home. It was perfect for us and we would love to stay here again. The house was clean and close to everything - restaurants, parks & stores. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a peaceful get away. Working with Billy was very easy. Stay here if your coming to Key Largo - we will again hopefully soon!!!!

Florida Keys Paradise

Spent a week at this beautiful home with everything needed for a great vacation with family or friends. We brought our boat and it was hard not to take advantage of the easy bay and ocean access. Met a manatee at the entrance to the canals on the way in from day of boating. Later we found he had followed us back to the house and was hanging out at our dock. Wish we spent more time just hanging out at the pool and tiki bar, simply awesome. So nice having coffee and breakfast on the deck with the sunshine and breeze. Didn'the want to leave. Would definitely recommend.
