Bright and Cheerful 3 bedroom -walk to the beach!

Bright and cheerful three bedroom home located in popular Dennisport neighborhood situated along Nantucket Sound. Only .3 mile from Haigis Beach located at the end of the road. Upon entering the home, you will be greeted with vaulted ceilings in the spacious living area opening up into the remodeled kitchen and dining area. The main level offers two bedrooms, a full bathroom in the hallway and another living/den space in the back of the home with another half bathroom. This back living area with additional TV gives your family plenty of space to spread out and make yourself at home during your stay. To keep yourself cool on those warm summer nights, the home will feature wall air conditioning in the main living area and loft space of the third bedroom. Bedroom #1 and #2 will both have an individual window air conditioner as well.

Positioned right in the heart of Dennisport, this home is perfectly placed to give you access to numerous local favorite spots. Take a quick drive down Lower County Road and you will find Sundae School Ice Cream, Dog House and the Wee Packet. Other close by beaches along Nantucket Sound include Glendon Road Beach, South Village Beach and West Dennis beach right down the road.

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed.The only drawback was no washer/dryer or clothesline to hang your wet beach towels.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting with Martha Murray for years, this was the first time on Susan Ruth Rd in this rental. The house was beautiful. Kitchen was nicely done, air conditioning in each room made it very comfortable. The outdoor shower was amazing, large enough so that your clothes don't get wet and the water pressure was great. The one draw back as other reviewers have mentioned is that there wasn't a washer/dryer. Not that I want to do laundry on my vacation but with 3 kids, it's so helpful to have laundry on site. Even as something as simple as throwing the beach towels in the dryer was very missed! Also the listing didn't mention any beach chairs or amenities like that. With no shed we just assumed there weren't any until we found some in a random closet, so maybe an addition of a little shed or just some extra notice about where to find beach items. We would definitely rent this house again!!

Wish the outdoor shower was enclosed (no one used it because it was open) and there was a line to hang towels but other than that, it was a lovely place to stay.

We had some issues with the lamps not working, but MMR will address that. We have rented from MMR for over 20 years. They are attentive and quick to remedy any problems.
