A quiet dead end street, secluded from traffic. Beds are comfortable. TV’s with cable. Washer & dryer is a plus. We’ve found nothing wrong, always enjoyable.

We brought bikes with us and were able to go on multiple bike rides to the beach and the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The home was very clean. The living room couch was comfortable but not the "other" chair in the living room. The beds were very comfortable. The vacation rental management staff were very helpful and friendly. We liked having the shed to store our bikes. Check in/out was very easy. Overall, we would recommend this rental to a family who likes to eat out and use the kitchen minimally.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed 3 weeks here at the end of the summer. The house is super nice. Very bright and airy and nicely decorated. Located on a dead end dirt road so parking any more than 2 cars is a challenge. It is super private and we never heard a peep from neighbors in 3 weeks. The yard is also great and the shed has beach chairs and cornhole boards to use. The kitchen was well stocked and had all that we needed. The Martha Murray staff is always amazing and super responsive. There was a day that the trash did not get picked up and I emailed to ask why and they had it taken away immediately! A few things that could be better:1. There were many ants. Killed about 10 per day or found dead ones that likely ate the ant bait they had set out. No huge deal just slightly annoying. 2. The oven was super dirty. We could not even preheat without the alarms going off. We took a couple hours to clean it. The remainder of the house was spotless! 3. The primary bath was uncomfortable for a large 6’4” 285 lb man like me. It’s super tiny. When on the toilet my shoulders were hitting wall on one side and the washer in the other. The stand up shower was the same. I could barely fit and turn in it. I never used it once due to being claustrophobic. Thankful for the HUGE outdoor shower! It was glorious and made up for this one! Overall a great time - and recommended. Just wanted to point the minor things out so all are aware. Thanks Martha Murray crew!

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the ants and the oven been dirty. We would have been happy to come over with more traps and/or called for some kind of pest control spraying. The oven absolutely should have been cleaned before your stay and we are sorry to hear you had to clean it- again, we would have sent cleaners back to clean it for you! The bathroom, we unfortunately can't do too much on that aspect, though we are happy the outside shower worked better! Thank you again for your time and feedback and we hope to have you back again next year!
