Spectacular Pacific Ocean front views for miles. As you walk the sandy beach with stunning sunrises & sunsets every day, you can enjoy the luxurious sandy beaches with the very recent updated amenities throughout the entire home on the beach. Included is 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths. *Bedroom 1, the Master bedroom with King size bed, attached full bath including air conditioning, and heated water. *Bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed, *Bedroom 3 offers 2 single beds and 1 queen bed. Sleeps up to 10 people. Enter through the screened-in Lanai, with ceiling fans and lights, comfortable dining area, grill and beach seating with ocean views. The ability to use the Lanai day or night greatly increases the beach homes living space. A hammock, beach chairs, paddle boards, surf boards, and new heightened rancho with hammocks and chairs are included in the rental.
The spacious living area offers a queen pull out couch, ceiling fans and Smart TV & free WIFI. The remodeled new full size kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, double sink, new countertops and many other amenities to make your stay memorable and relaxing. The 2nd full bath w/shower is stocked with towels, hair dryer and heated water. We also have a newly installed outdoor shower.
*Outdoor enthusiasts may enjoy snorkeling, surfing, kayaking, hiking, guided boat tours, hot springs. If you are interested in excursion planning - you may make reservations for deep sea fishing, zip lining, rain forest tours, sailing, volcanos, and horse back riding just to name a few. Another great perk is bird watching in your own back yard, you will experience a protected estuary with monkeys, sloths and sea turtles. We are pet friendly, up to 2 dogs, and please remember to pick up after your pet!

Everything we needed for a great stay. The beach was empty of people, which we loved. And we spotted a sloth in the trees right outside the house. Neighbors and locals were incredibly friendly.

We had a great time during our 9 days on Playa Seco. The house was better than the description and photos. Silvia was very helpful and some random guy driving by stopped and told us where we could watch baby Sea Turtles being released. Manual Antonio National Park is a must.

Loved the location! The beach was steps away and very quiet. Friendly host, who helped with recommendations. AC only in the bedrooms, but the fans throughout the space kept things cool. Appreciated the insuite laundry.

Beautiful & Relaxing

Our stay was perfect— mostly due to Steven’s (the property manager) superior attentiveness and outstanding service. The property and beach is beautiful. I can’t say enough good things about our rental experience. I highly recommend staying here.

Playa Palo Seco Villa Pina Azul

We loved being on the ocean in this house. It is perfectly located down a long gravel road on the beach with beautiful views and a separate raised oceanfront porch that was heavenly. Parrita was close and this was a great escape. Very nice kitchen and baths,

The location was absolutely wonderful. The beach is right across the dirt road. Was very private beach. We love spending time in the raised seating area in the front yard with a wonderful beach/ocean view and the breezes from the ocean were wonderful in the heat of the afternoon! Silvia was very helpful and answered all our questions. Oscar's taxi service driver (Elias) for our day trip outing was wonderful. Damas Monkey tour was great. Saw green parrots in the yard. Heard from a neighbor that Macaws come in the early morning, we missed them, but were ok sleeping in....vacation after all! Paola (Silvia's sister) came to the house for a private massage that was wonderful. We got a ride to one of the hotels down the road for dinner one evening. Cocomar that was delicious. Also walked to the Clandestino (10 doors down) Ordered breakfast and then returned for dinner that night. The food was also great there. The location of the home on the beach was GREAT! My husband loved using the boogie board in the surf. Over all....wonderful stay! THANK YOU!

Location!! Wow. The home is very comfortable, fans throughout are a plus and the a/c in two of the bedrooms was more than adequate during our stay. We didn't utilize the third bedroom. Sylvia was a fantastic help to us for any questions we had and was available at literally any time of the day. Everything about the little island was fabulous - friendly local neighbors, amazing food at local restaurants, monkeys, sloths, mackaws, porcupine, you name it. Sunrise/sunset - can't be beat. The only thing I would even say for a slight improvement would be communication prior to our arrival. Brenda was kind but did not provide us with the requested information about local tour guides and activity information. Sylvia did once we arrived and it was those contacts and tours that really made our experience well-rounded and sent us home feeling like we had TRULY experienced Costa Rica, not just having visited. We'd stay again in a heartbeat. Pura Vida!!

Casa w/ 3 BR and Spacious Property Steps from the Beach

Eight of us stayed three nights in late April. We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were comfortable and the kitchen was adequately stocked. The beach was less than 50 meters from the front door. We had it completely to ourselves. There was a nice rancho that we were able to use as these are available on a first come basis. This property is also affiliated with Hotel Tranquilidad which allowed us to spend a few afternoons enjoying their pool, games, bar/restaurant, and beach. Our host, Steven, was awesome - very helpful, responsive and is tri-lingual so communication was clear. I don’t have any criticism since nothing bad happened at all. Just a few suggestions - The master bedroom shares a/c with one of the other rooms. It works well but removes the privacy. The only other thing that would improve the property is the addition if a small swimming pool. This is just for convenience’ sake. Thank you for the great time we had and the memories we made.
