Welcome to your beautiful oceanfront vacation rental in The Decatur House!

Enjoy an invigorating ocean breeze and gorgeous ocean views from a 4th floor private balcony in this beautifully decorated and newly renovated direct oceanfront condo located on the world-famous Ocean City boardwalk.

This condo unit in The Decatur House sleeps up to four and is loaded with comforts and amenities including easy Check-in and Check-out (no key required), air conditioning, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, high speed internet (WiFi), high-definition cable TVs with over 125 channels, elevator, free assigned parking for one vehicle, and an indoor pool (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day).

This condo is conveniently located at 12th street and is near highly sought-after restaurants, nightlife, shopping, amusement parks, and plenty of water activities, making it the perfect choice for your visit to Ocean City Maryland. For those who enjoy unspoiled nature, the short drive to Assateague Island is something that should not be missed.

******** Pet Policy ********
We allow up to two small dogs (each weighing no more than 30 lbs) in our unit from October 1 to April 30. Per Ocean City's animal policy and regulations, dogs are not allowed on the beach or boardwalk at any time between May 1 and September 30. Dogs must be house-trained and well-behaved.

There is a $60 pet fee for guests bringing pets.

You will need to provide your own linens (sheets and pillowcases) for the beds, plus towels, and toiletries. Initial supply of toiletries are provided but you will need to provide your own supply for the duration of the stay. Pillows, blankets, and comforters are provided.

******** Booking Requirements ********
- Weekly Rentals: June 7th through August 30th requires weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required during the off-season.
- You must be 25 or over to rent with us. We do not rent to high school seniors.
- Copy of a valid photo ID of primary renter is required to confirm the booking.
- Renters must agree to the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement and must be e-signed within 48 hours of booking.
- Renters agree to abide by all house rules & policies, including no smoking or vaping inside the unit.

Property owners totally awesome, responded quickly to questions and unexpected challenges concerning family matters prior to arrival. they were empathetic, caring and demonstrated genuine concern. Our trip was planned during hurricane, Chris responded immediately reassuring us not to worry if we needed to cancel.I am so glad we decided to take the trip. This unit was the BEST we have ever stayed at in OCM. From the entrance the clean smell was a sigh of relief. The unit was exceptional, we did not see one speak of dust in the entire unit. The cleanliness was impeccable. The decor was beautiful, it was evident that much thought was given to every item placed in each area. The blue warming color was tastefully displayed. Detailed attention was given to things such as kitchen utensils, no plastic silverware or cooking utensils, pot separators, matching coasters, dishes etc. I could go on and on because it's the small details that shows the care and concerns for the guest, this to me means a lot. The week felt like my home at the beach.My family loved the trip. Lord willing our plan is to reserve the unit next summer. It would be AWESOME if they had another unit. If we could give more stars there would be no hesitation.

This condo is the best. Greatest location on the boardwalk. Go out and take a right if you want see the busy spots, rides etc. Go out and go left if you want a more peaceful, serene walk. Everything you need is right there, and the condo is remarkably efficient. The views from the room and the balcony are second to none. We've stayed at this condo for years, and it recently changed hands. It was always great, but the new owners only made it better. Clean, stocked with kitchen hardware and updated appliances. Even the balcony furniture is the most comfortable and convenient. For one season, we needed to rent a different condo in the same building, because the old owners were selling. We stayed one floor up. Condo location and view were great (view still not as good as the fourth floor) but TV channels, patio furniture, newness of interior weren't the same. Decatur house is great, but you just can't beat Chris and Angela's unit. One warning, it's hard to leave the balcony! Dolphins are seen almost daily, and there's the occasional osprey with a fish in its talons. You just might want to sit there for your whole trip. Try to do some stuff, because you'll be in the heart of OCMD.

OC Maryland boardwalk condo

Condo was clean and comfortable we enjoyed everything about our stay. My husband said he slept great on the mattress which isnt usually his experience. As a note to those with disabilities, mobility issues or physical limitations the stairs that give you direct access from the parking lot are very steep and start at a deep incline, using the sidewalk up to the boardwalk may suit you better. There are hotel trolleys however you will still need to use the stairs to gain access to the building or use the sidewalk from boardwalk. Communication with the hosts was great.

Excellent view of the boardwalk and ocean!

Extremely impressed with the hospitality of the owners! Very nice and cozy for 4 people. The view from the balcony is priceless. I would definitely at this condo again.

Just what we needed!

The condo was cute and cozy and in a great location. The bedroom was so quiet and dark enough to sleep in late and the beds were very comfortable. The condo had everything that we needed. The owners were great! They responded quickly to messages.

Beautiful little condo, oceanfront, super clean, equipped w/everything for a wonderful stay, not to mention ocean views that are postcard perfect. Stayed w/my husband & our little dog Josie, who absolutely LOVES dog-watching from the balcony. What’s not to love, only wish we could have stayed longer. Highest recommendation, you won’t be disappointed.

Very nice condo. Had everything we needed for our stay. Check in & out process couldn’t be easier. Beds were comfortable and the appliances were exceptional. Our Chihuahua enjoyed her stay as well. Our on complaint was the couch was very uncomfortable to sit on while watching tv. We will be back!

Highly Recommend this Beautiful Relaxing Home

The location is amazing right on the boardwalk with gorgeous sunrise views. The rental is very comfortable and beautiful. You do have to rent your own linens but the process was very easy. Also, be sure to pack your toiletries. They do provide everything else you would need. Appliances are newer and nice. We would definitely stay here again. Chris was very easy to get ahold of. He was quick to respond when we had any questions or needed anything.

A Very “Happy Place”

This is such a beautiful beachfront condo! We love everything about this terrific place! You will find all that you need here for the perfect getaway any time of year. The condo was recently renovated to offer a gorgeous nautical beach aesthetic that is super relaxing & comfortable! The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cooking/serving equipment & has new appliances. The location is unbeatable: direct access to the beach & boardwalk at 12th St., minutes away from restaurants, attractions & shopping in West OC (rte 50), & close to Fenwick Island and Bethany Beach. Hearing the waves crashing while sitting out on the balcony or in the living room with the new big TV above the fireplace (not seen in the photos) is blissful. We love this condo so much that we came back 2 months later! To top off the perfect experience, you’ll find that the owners are absolutely wonderful!
