Guests enjoy access to a private neighborhood pool, just a short walk away, simply use the provided key fob (please return it after your stay; a replacement fee applies if lost).

Seabrook Island is loved for its pristine beaches, scenic marshlands, and abundant wildlife, offering the ideal balance of relaxation and adventure. Spend your days beachcombing, biking shaded trails, kayaking, or golfing, then return home to comfort and calm.

Inside, the home comfortably sleeps up to four guests, featuring a king bed in the primary bedroom and a cozy queen bed in the second. Natural light fills the living room, creating a warm, welcoming space to relax. The fully equipped kitchen makes meals easy, with a dining area perfect for sharing time together.

• Prohibited Vehicles: For the tranquility of the island, please note that motorcycles, motorized scooters/skateboards, mopeds, go-carts, and golf carts are prohibited. Embrace the peaceful surroundings with alternative modes of exploration.

• Permitted Vehicles: Low Speed Vehicles and Neighborhood Electric Vehicles are allowed on the island. Conveniently, these can be rented from local vendors for your island adventures.

Welcome to our oasis on Seabrook Island! Your stay includes an exclusive Seabrook Island Club Amenity card, requiring only an $15 deposit (usually $40/day or $300 weekly). Unlock access to the Beach Club, outdoor pools, beach area, restaurants, golf, tennis, equestrian center, Lake House with pools, fitness center, and an indoor pool. Some amenities have additional fees.

Pet-Friendly Retreat:
Bring your canine companion! One dog allowed for a non-refundable pet fee of $200. Additional pets subject to approval with an extra pet fee of $200. Fee waived for certified service dogs with proper paperwork. Note the town's "Beach Rules for Pets" ordinance for a pet-friendly beach experience.

Beach Rules for Pets:
Restricted Area (Red): No pets allowed.
Limited Restriction Area (Yellow): Pets must be on a leash.
General Beach Area (Green): Leash rules vary by season.

Evacuation Policy:
In case of a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County, enjoy a 100% refund within 72 hours. No further liability with respect to the Reservation.

House Rules:
• No Smoking Allowed; minimum $250 fine for smoke damages
• Smoking permitted outside, 10 feet from doors
• Firearms strictly prohibited; any left behind will be turned over to local police

Legal Short Term Rental:
Compliance with all legal requirements. Observe quiet hours (10 pm-8 am) to avoid fines. Guests responsible for following Town of Seabrook Ordinance rules.

Extended Stays:
Stays of 10 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee at the host's discretion.

Alteration Policy:
Changes or cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be approved.

Event Decorations:
Use painter's tape for event decorations to avoid damages. Damages due to tape removal or decorations will incur a $500 repainting fee.
