Beautiful quiet place
I would give this complex 5 stars, the reason I'm giving 4 stars is two fold. Firstly that the kitchen is missing some stuff, Plastic glasses for drinks at the pool would be nice, (not plastic coffee mugs), a cutting board. We didn't cook in much, but that is partially due to the fact that there is only a stove top and microwave for cooking! A grill on the deck would be a great asset for this condo. I am by NO means a chef or great cook for that matter, but I found it frustrating to not have a cutting board available.
Secondly the check in process could use some ironing out. We paid in full and I had to call/email Luis a few times to get information from him a few days before our arrival. It was stressful from my end, as I speak very little spanish. He did sent me an email with the name of the complex and the apartment number. BUT when we arrived there is a security gate with staff that we needed to get through. They had no idea who we were, and had no information on our arrival ( neither did I). My phone didn't work, but thankfully the employee at the gate used his phone to call Louis, they let us in and there was Maria to show us around. Erica called us while she was there and answered all of our questions. We had troubles with the internet while we were there. Luis was quick to respond, but I ended up being the middle man getting it fixed. It would be nice if there was a property manager to do this, as with my phone not working well and me not speaking spanish, it likely took longer than it should have to fix.
With that being said I would stay here again in a heart beat, But I would know to ask more questions for check in/check out. A very nice complex, quit yet close to everything!
