This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom villa offers families the enjoyment of a spacious private pool area with spa! Located in the prestigious resort-style community of Champions Gate where our guests receive access to the resort`s Oasis and Retreat clubs. For the golfer at heart 2 18 hole courses are available within the community.

Our modern style home has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and can sleep up to 10 people and offers each member of the family a space of their own. The kitchen, dining, and living area is a spacious open-plan concept allowing your family to spend quality time in multiple areas. The home is fully air-conditioned with a spacious family living area with seating for 7 a flat-screen TV and a window that overlooks the pool. With a bonus living room on the 2nd floor with seating for 3 and a flat-screen TV for when the family can’t decide what to watch!
Our kitchen has a breakfast bar area that seats 4 and a fully equipped kitchen consisting of a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, large fridge/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and all utensils. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table seating 6 for family meals before and after a fun-packed day at the parks or the resort`s family-friendly pools and splash pads.

We have 5 bedrooms here so plenty of space for larger families and there is also a games room for days you want to kick back and have fun at home.

2 Master Bedrooms 1 on each floor, downstairs master has a King-size bed and a walk-in closet. The adjoining ensuite bathroom has a double basin, walk-in shower and door to the pool area.

The upstairs Master bedroom also has a King-size bed and walk-in closet. The adjoining ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower, double basin and garden bathtub.

Bedroom 3 also has a King-size bed with a sliding door closet and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, double basin and secondary door to the upstairs living room.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 each have 2 single beds and sliding door closets.
The family bathroom has a bath/shower combo and a single basin and is conveniently located by bedrooms 4 and 5.

There is also a ½ bathroom located on the 1st floor for those big families needing an extra bathroom.

Outdoor Living - Enjoy our private pool and spa, perfect for relaxing in the Florida sun on rest days from the big Orlando attractions. The pool and spa can be enjoyed year-round with the option of heating the pool and spa with our heater in the cooler months.

Our deck is fully screened with a good amount of privacy accompanied by outdoor seating and loungers. The pool deck is east-facing allowing you and your family to start your day having breakfast with the sun at our outdoor dining tables that can seat the whole family.

Our home is not suitable for events or parties.
We have strict Homeowner Association rules regarding noise and we appreciate all guests that accommodate these so that any neighboring guests can enjoy their stay.
We only allow two cars in front of our property as there are parking spaces for 2.
Our quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

Our support team is always on hand for guests. We provide excellent customer service ensuring that you are our priority. We carry out maintenance and repairs conscientiously and diligently ensuring repair work is resolved as quickly as possible and we keep everyone informed of the progress.

It is important to remember that the pool heaters will not heat the pool to bath temperature but will take the chill off the water. The pool heating generally makes the water warm enough to comfortably swim, but not hot. During the cooler months of the year the pool may still feel ‘fresh’ but not icy cold.

Before you arrive, you will be asked to choose between a damage deposit or a damage waiver through third-party provider Superhog. They will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in.
Please keep doors and windows closed to help keep our home cool and bug-free.

Please do not lower the AC thermostats below 72 degrees Fahrenheit.

There is parking for 2 vehicles on the drive of our home.
Street parking is allowed up to 4 total vehicle passes.
