It's a quite and private part of the island. This part of LBI is also the most narrow ensuring plenty of space at the beach without the crowds and extensive views of both the Atlantic Ocean as well as the bay. Walking distance to some of the finest restaurants on the island.

Step inside this specious 4 level home:
- ground level - garage, ping pong table, Peloton bike (must have own subscription) and outdoor living area.
- 2nd level - 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, living area, hallway, 2 decks and laundry room,
- 3rd level- master bedroom, walk in master closet, master bathroom (2 sinks), living area, kitchen, dining room, half bath, outdoor grill and 2 decks.
- 4th level - rooftop, hot tub overlooking ocean, deck overlooking bay and deck overlooking beach. Fully equipped with plenty seating and lounging chairs.
Enjoy fully equipped kitchen with plates, cups, utensils, glassware, pots, pans etc. Kitchen appliances include full size fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and reverse osmosis drinking water filter. Saver beach days with provided beach buggy, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards and beach towels. Your toes are practically on sand the minute you step outside the backyard gate. After a day at the beach, unwind on the rooftop deck with sunset views, soak in a private hot tub drinking your favorite cocktail.
