This unit is on the 6th floor of building 3 which is the third tower closest to the water.

This unit is self check in. You will be given a door code for entry in your email or inbox.

There is an elevator in this building - only 1 works at this time

Beach access is right across the street.

Parking is FREE with a pass from the office.

This unit has a King bed and a pullout sofa.

No Smoking allowed at any time.

Not included: beach umbrella, refill paper products and any consumable items.
