The large kitchen island is the hub of the home where you are sure to all gather and spend time as a family. Enjoy the chef's kitchen and stunning entertaining space. There's a first floor master suite as well as a one-of-a-kind screened-in porch with TV and gas fireplace. Head out back to BBQ on the gas grill, or try your hand with the smoker as well. There's a half bath on this level as well for guests.
The 2nd floor includes the other 2 bedrooms, both with private bathrooms and large closets. Plus, there's a set of bunk beds on the landing. The 3rd level of the home features fun gathering space plus a convenient half bath and kitchenette with beverage fridge. There is also a twin sleeper in the oversized chair on this level. Walk onto the balcony and grab some Gulf views and watch an amazing 30A sunset.
All TVs in the home have Roku sticks, so you'll never be without entertainment options. Each bedroom also includes a TV.

Beach Access:
Head east down Barton's Way, making a right onto Morgan's Trail. Directly across 30A past Sanctuary by the Sea, is your gated boardwalk access. Once down the pathway, head right towards the public beach or on your left past the sections of private beach you'll find Grayton Beach State Park.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
