We were very pleased with our stay at Rise & Shine! Very clean, kitchen appeared well equipped and roomy, everything labeled making it easy to find everything. Beds were super comfortable! A+. 2 of the King Bedrooms a little small but workable for us. Highly recommend.

Very nice and cozy place to stay!

The house is in great condition and has a lot of kitchen appliances to use. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Super convenient! Great location to shops, restaurants and mini golf/arcades. Overall, a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Beach access was a short walk about 1.5 blocks. It had everything we needed on site. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a long day of shopping.

Great place! Very, very clean. Lots of amenities. One thing to note that I didn't see in the property description ... one of the bedrooms (with a king bed) can only be accessed through thru another bedroom (with two twin beds). There is a door the separates the two rooms, but it kind of messed up the sleeping arrangements for our group. Other than that, the place was wonderful!

Great for a beach vacation with several couples

I love that this house only has King beds- it makes it so much more comfortable for several couples, and there are some kids beds too. The beach is right around the corner, and the house is really great for a family get together

The only complaint was that there were no paper towels, Kleenex or detergent yet they ask to run load of towels. Other than that perfect.

We were happy we could accommodate the additional night when the checkout date confusion was discovered. We also appreciate the feedback regarding paper towels, tissues, and laundry detergent. We had a restful family week at Rise and Shine. The property was well cared for and had everything needed for a great beach week! The weather was too cool while we were there to take advantage of the rooftop sun deck, the beach chairs or the outdoor shower. But the hot tub was a fabulous hit with the whole family! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the downstairs game room a plus for rainy days. There were 2 easily accessible beach access points close to the property. The host was amazing and incredibly responsive to email! We will definitely consider a return trip to this wonderful rental!!
We loved the unique beauty of the living room shell tree! Gorgeous when lit!
The beach was a short 2 minute walk from the house and was beautiful!
Our fur friend loved the faux fireplace.....the heat put him right to sleep!
