White Sands #463 is a spacious and amazing four-bedroom, three-bath town home.

The main level offers open concept living with added features of tile flooring, updated appliances and granite counter tops. This property offers the “Florida” experience with fresh new furnishings in the living and dining area. The large dining table is perfect for spreading out your favorite seafood meals or gathering the family for a fun card game after a long day at the beach! Continuing on the main level is bedroom 1 with two twin beds and a full bath. Perfect for the kiddos or grandparents.

Enjoy extending your vacation experience by stepping out on the main outdoor level balcony, offering the most beautiful Gulf front views of the emerald green waters and white sandy beaches of Pensacola Beach. The relaxed concept continues on the next level with a king master bedroom and outdoor private balcony and en-suite bath. Bedroom 3 offers one queen bed and shares a bath with bedroom #4, which offers two double beds. Plenty of sleeping for everyone!

Additional unit amenities include outdoor charcoal grill, complimentary high speed internet and garage parking for one car. Easy access is available to entertainment, dining and shopping.

Awesome Beach Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were lucky to get an early check in which made us smile form the get go. The place had a great lay out and was perfect for our little sunshine getaway and visit with family. The only bad thing was that we had to leave and go home :( Great location, close to everything and walks on the beach were amazing.We have a special needs son and this was perfect for him. We will be back for sure.

Very nice oceanfront view

Nice stay in these condos. They are very close to the water and have nice views from the deck. House was clean and stocked well.

Perfect Beach Spot

We loved the property immediately. Beach is not crowded and beautiful white sand. Kitchen is well equipped with appliances and cookware, etc. but bring your own spices (which is not a problem). We used the big patio table/umbrella every morning and afternoon. Indoor parking was perfect especially since it was pretty hot while we were there. Convenient location; close to everything we needed or wanted. Golf cart service was convenient (pay by tips at your choice of amount). We had four 60+ adults, and we enjoyed the property; but families nearby seemed to also. Previous tenants left some chairs and an umbrella that we used; property managers gave us a beach blanket! Would definitely stay again at this exact spot.

Perfect location

We were in town for our son’s wedding and had more family staying in property next door. Thanks to Paradise Homes for going the extra mile and getting us in early. We all loved being beachfront and the townhouse was well-equipped in the kitchens and baths. Only downside is no baby items (crib, high chairs)

Wedding destination

Location was great other renters were respectful of everyone the house was as described but the grill had to light it manually and one burner didn’t work. Could use a cutting board and chip clips. It’s those little things you expect to have. Beds were comfortable the view was awesome would rent again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at White Sands and have stayed at a few different units. The location is quiet. The beach is very nice and right on your doorstep. This unit in particular really only has space for 1 car (when we have fit 3 at other units) due to the owner having a car parked inside. It's not a big deal, since you get 2 parking passes for outside as well. The bonus fridge in the basement is very nice for drinks/freezer space. I will say if you want to cook, you may need to bring a pan or two. However, the kitchen is well stocked outside of sauté/egg pans. The only other recommendation I would make to the renter is to update the room with 2 twins. It would be preferable to have 2 sets of bunks or another king.

Great for Girls Trip!

This was a great property for a girls getaway. We loved the view and the close access to the beach and quick uber drive to restaurants and downtown!

Reviewer Comments: I rented this with my family, we had 7 of us total, the home was beautiful, well taken care of, the location was amazing, water out front is beautiful, just steps to the beach, we watched Dolphins from our decks on almost every morning.Rental company was great and provided us Prompt answers to any of our questions. Garage has a car in it, but we were still able to fit in a Jeep Cherokee as well as a full sized Pickup Truck. This will be our go-to Home every year for our family vacation!

Property location is beautiful!!

Property location is beautiful! Nice, well supplied house. Only complaint would be the furniture is a bit worn. Beds are very uncomfortable 🙁 and super squeaky. They creak when you breath.... Would still book again anyways

Owners invested the bare minimum in making it a vacation spot to return to. Guest beds were like sleeping on a cot. Decor was minimum.

Perfect place to watch the Blues airshow

This is a simple property, no fancy furniture or decorations...just the way we like it. It could use a few more kitchen supplies and coffee filters would be nice considering it takes the special cone shaped ones. It was the perfect place to watch the Blue Angels air show and that's what we were there for. Short walk to the beach and the A/C works like a champ...thanks goodness as it was so hot during our stay.

Not This Condo!

We booked specifically for that perk - my wife has MS!Owner leaving his car in the garage - could only park one vehicle in the garage!Kitchen was not clean!Showers had no shower caddies - we had to purchase!Back door to porch was broken and part of the door fell and hit my wife in the head! Two young guys came look at door but couldn’t fix!Ran out of propane called to replace could not be delivered so we had to go pick up propane (but did not let us know until we called again asking where the propane was)Not being able to check in on Saturday until 5 PM...We have stayed here two times in the past (diff bldg) and enjoyed it tremendously! But we will not stay in this building ever again!

11th Annual Girls Beach Trip

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 11th girls beach trip to White Sands and this was by far the worst one. It is in need of updating, some of the mattresses need replacing, it was not clean upon arrival,(hair in tub, floors not mopped, bugs on staircase). The patio door is unlockable. We love white sands but not this unit. Owners car is in garage so only one car fits! Also makes it hard to unpack with car there. Cannot recommend this unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dreams were fulfilled as we enjoyed family time at the most beautiful beach ever! The townhome was two stories with lots of room. It was located on the gulf in a quiet neighborhood.The realty’s personnel were well trained and very helpful. Maintenance was prompt and efficient. I would change some of the decor because it isn’t located in the French Quarter. Beach themes would be much more appropriate for families.Overall, we had a wonderful visit.
