Beautiful and expansive Crystal Shores Estate is a very private family compound overlooking Fish Bay on pristine St John in the US Virgin Islands. The home features 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms with large salt water pool and cabana, including A/C throughout and majestic breathtaking views of the island and Caribbean.
The main home and villa were both designed to enhance the island experience with privacy, nature and views. The home and property offer plenty of space to gather, yet it also includes private areas for you to relax and enjoy some needed R&R time. You will find yourself immersed in island living with an abundance of trails, fruit trees and places to explore.
The property features a recently completed 4 bedroom main home (one lower master suite features a separate bunk space if needed, perfect for families!) and a 3 bedroom villa (accessed via separate entrance). Please see details below!
The main home features two floors, with the main entry opening to an open living area, large new kitchen and dining area. Windows line the entire back wall opening up to beautiful Fish Bay and Caribbean views including a large upper deck overlooking pool, cabana area and property trails below. This level features two separate master suites both with ensuite tiled bathrooms, both with amazing views of Fish Bay and access to back deck space.
The lower level of the main home is accessed down exterior steps and features a full kitchenette and two bedrooms. One large master suite with adjoined extra "family" bunk bed space, and one bunk bed room with two twin/twin bunk beds. These rooms share a large tiled bathroom with access through the common hallway. Walking past the kitchenette and common area leads you to an expansive screen porch area with seating and amazing views of the island and pool area below.
The separate villa is accessed just beside the main home and features three bedrooms. The main level is home to two suites, both with ensuite bathrooms, and a kitchenette. The lower level (exterior access) is a recently refinished large King suite with bathroom, full kitchen area and private screened porch. This villa is a great separate space for large families giving everyone their own space!
Just down from the main home and villa, you find the oversized salt pool and pool deck with a large covered and enclosed cabana, also with it's own kitchenette area with counter, fridge and space to enjoy pool side meals or nightly get togethers.

The villa is professional managed by a fully equipped on-island team who will reach out soon after booking! They offer a wide range of optional services including grocery stocking prior to your stay, rental jeeps, private chef setup, and many more!
Upon arrival to St John island, guests are met at the ferry dock by a trained and friendly host who will assist in locating rental vehicle, and then escort you to the villa for a quick welcome and orientation. During this introduction, the island host will show you around the villa and answer any questions they might have on the home or on the island. Whatever is needed to make your stay feel like home away from home!
The management team offers a large fleet of rental vehicles, that can be rented during your stay. This makes it very convenient to pick up upon arrival and return at departure.
