You’re located 830 feet above CinnamonBay and the views of Tortola and the USVINationalPark in the foreground are absolutely gorgeous. Cinnamon Bay and Maho Bay lie below you and offer excellent swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, wind surfing, sunning and stress free relaxation. The villa is a 10 minute drive from Cruz Bay and the last 1/2 mile is a bumpy dirt road intended to discourage tourists from exploring this quiet neighborhood. For the most adventurous among your group, try hiking down hill to Cinnamon Bay Beach. It’s 20 minutes down hill and the 40 minutes up hill return is challenging. Consider yourself warned!

Cinnamon Day Dreams is located in the exclusive Catherineberg neighborhood of St. John overlooking gorgeous Cinnamon Bay. You are walking distance to the historic sugar cane ruins once owned and operated by the Danes. This neighborhood is one of St. John's most beautiful and desirable neighborhoods. In this unspoiled setting in the midst of world-class National Park beaches, you're surrounded by a naturalist's world of sea, sky and pristine park lands. A short driving distance from Cinnamon Day Dreams are Cinnamon Bay Beach, Hawk's Nest Beach, Trunk Bay Beach, Maho Beach, and Francis Bay Beach. If you value tranquility, natural beauty and the feeling of being alone, this is heaven on an island.

Bedrooms. The two bedrooms are equal in size (about 225 sq.ft.) and each includes a private balcony or deck with elegant mahogany cabinetry and Saltillo-terracotta tiled bath. All the bedrooms include custom built mahogany 4-poster beds that emphasis privacy and the romantic views. The third bedroom is located in the spacious upstairs loft.

Kitchen. The gorgeous kitchen is defined by granite, mahogany, and lovely views seen through stone-arched entrances that run the length of the kitchen and great room. A granite and mahogany bar/counter that seats 6 separates the kitchen from the outdoor lanai. Behind the bar is a gourmet kitchen with custom built mahogany cabinets, granite counter tops, an under counter beverage cooler, Bosch 4-burner stove, built-in oven, large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, built -in microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and abundant cookware and dinnerware.

Outdoor living area. One of the most popular design features in an island home is the lanai (outdoor living/dining area). Cinnamon Day Dreams takes great advantage of its lovely setting with its comfortable 500 sq.ft. lanai. This is more than a deck with furniture; it’s an outdoor living area with comfortable furniture and a 6 person dining table that protects you from the sun and the occasion island shower. From the lanai you look through columned arches at the beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea, Tortola and the unspoiled National Park.

Pool and patios: Renovated in 2019, the villa is notable for its expansive infinity-edge pool, terrace and large hot tub. The 2,000 square feet meandering terrace on the main level overlooks the Caribbean Sea and Tortola. Well manicured lounging areas take full advantage of the views and are a great spot for supervised children to play.

Fire pit: Newly added in 2019, the fire pit is a great place to spend your evenings to talk or reminisce about the happenings of your day.
