• Daily resort fee: $22+ tax per night
• Accidental Damage Waiver: A non-refundable $59 accidental damage waiver is required for each reservation and provides coverage for up to $1,000 in qualifying accidental damage to the rental property. To qualify, damage must be reported to Provident before checkout.
The waiver does not cover intentional or negligent damage, smoking, unauthorized pets or guests, missing items, excessive cleaning, rule violations, fines, or damage exceeding $1,000. Guests remain financially responsible for excluded damage and any costs above the coverage limit.

• Ocean views and balconies are not guaranteed, see photos
• Marina/trailer parking for boats not included—reserve in advance with Ocean Pointe Suites Property Management/Dock Master

February getaway

Really quiet and yet had many nice amenities. Highly recommend and would love to come and stay again.

Excellent communication with regards to the reservation process. Did NOT include a tagged on resort fee of 60/night, which is supposed to be included in vrbo rate. We were not given the correct location to get our keys from, and the gate keeper to the property apparently has to deal with this all the time. We were able to get them and come back to the unit without a fuss. It was a very nice stay, but some small damages we noticed upon check in (like a loose tp holder in master bath and frozen water in the freezer). The balconies are VERY small and the rails are NOT properly installed to the structure, only to the bottom, which scared us and prevented us from enjoying the view out there, especially with our children. The food/snack bar by the pool wasn't opened at all which was really disappointing but we had fun and made the best of our time. Despite the listed notes above, we had a great time and if we had any trouble we knew we could contact services for it but really didn't feel it was necessary. We did not have any problems with neighbors or the check out process. We do recommend this property as it was clean, comfortable, relaxing and had beautiful views. We did not use the kitchen but for coffee, & it was well equipped. This is a great spot to stay at in the Keys that's far away enough from the crowds and resorts but close enough for a drive to the other islands. We're grateful for the memorable experience!

Perfect Spring Break getaway

Everything about this property was great! The unit was exactly what we hoped for. Communication from the property manager was great. They texted right after check in and immediately responded to any questions. On our second to last day, we decided to go to Miami. We received a text that there was a fire in Key Largo and the roads were closed. When we explained our location, they set up a stay in a sister property in Miami far exceeding our expectations.

We had a great time at the condo but were harassed by the neighbors (wife) who called security and security apologized to us for the inconvenience and said they knew it was ridiculous that they were called in the first place… clean and beautiful condo, pool was great, beach and marina were bad because of sargassum (but expected because of season) would recommend.
