Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Excellent experience at staying at Village of Five Points
Property is well kept, clean and has everything needed for relaxing getaway. It's located conveniently from shopping, restaurants, downtown and Beech.

Nice location
We were interested in this unit to share the space with our son and his family. We like the location near the bike path. The pool options are excellent. We also enjoyed the local food options in the village. Overall, a good experience and would consider again. Our unit was a second floor and clean inside, but not overly well maintained. Vacasa did respond with some interim repairs.

Nice stay
our stay got off to rough start but I enjoyed 5 villages. nice amenities a short distance away. shopping is a few miles away. beach is about 10 minute drive depending upon traffic. nice walking trail and bike path around the community.

Nice home in Lewes Beach
Home was roomy, nicely appointed, cheerful and comfortable. Kitchen was clean, but toaster was broken. A/C worked well and there were lots of towels. Beds were comfortable and had pretty bedding. Was perfect for our group.
CONs: They gave us an incorrect door code which was hard to get the correct one at 5:30 on a Friday. The front door is ridiculously heavy and difficult to open and looks ugly with rust and poor paint on the outside. They sent the option for a late check-out by email which I try to avoid while on vacation. So we missed the window for a late checkout. I prefer VRBO to Vacasa as they have a better system.
I would definitely rent this unit again as it fit most of our needs.

Could use a good cleaning and broken things fixed
Great location. Comfortable stay for the most part. Correct door code not given during reservation. Had to call Vacasa to get it. Also texted, but took 20 minutes for a response. Bottom of front door is falling off and rusted. Made it difficult to open. Visibible gap under front door when closed. Sliding glass door to balcony difficult to open; takes two people to close the door. All glasses were dirty to the point where we had to clean them before use. Older toilet seats which should be replaced. Could use overall TLC. I have a feeling that the owner is trying to squeeze as much money out of this place.
