Relax and enjoy the experience of the hot sun, white sand and clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The view from this 4th floor balcony allows the greatest beginning and end to any day from watching the dolphins at sunrise to the most beautiful sunsets to end a perfect day.

All Spring, Summer and Fall Rentals are booked from Saturday to Saturday Only.

This location sleeps 6 with 1 king size bedroom, one bunk beds within the unit and a pullout sofa 1.5 bathroom laundry room is on the 1st floor

Conveniently located accross the street is a new shopping center that includes beach goods, appareal and dining.

Amazing stay! 10/10 recommend. The condo was very clean and the view was perfect. Communication with the owner was awesome and he is a super nice guy! Highly recommend staying here and we can’t wait to come back!

We really liked this condo! It included everything we needed and it was very clean! Having a balcony overlooking the ocean was fantastic! My only suggestion would be that the bedroom needs dark curtains to keep out the light at night.

Perdido Sun was Fun!!

The condo was as advertised. Excellent location. Quick response and communication from Jack who recommended some great dining options. Beautiful beach, pool was clean and well kept. We were able to check in early and get our vacation started sooner than planned which was much appreciated. We did have some difficulty with the codes to various doors changing often but it didn’t cause major disruption. The condo could have been swept a bit better there was trash left under the bunk beds and a dirt pile left near the front entrance but that was a minor inconvenience. All things considered though we were extremely happy with our choice and stay!

Almost perfect!

Everything was perfect EXCEPT the washer and dryer are not inside the unit. 2 per load for washer and 2 per load for dryer. I feel the listing should make that a little more clear. Also people smoking pot on the balcony. Notified security and all was taken care of quickly!!! I love the security of this condo!

The condo and location were perfect! Everywhere we ate was awesome! Jellyfish across the street was our favorite! Met the owner of the condo. Super nice and would definitely rent again! Condo updated and perfect size for my husband and myself. Everything we needed was supplied like TP, dish soap, paper towels, etc.

Spring Break

The condo was just as pictured. The location was wonderful, the beach was beautiful, it had a nicely updated kitchen. However there was very loud construction that started every morning between 7:45 and 8:00 AM. It was absolutely unbearable. Tuesday morning was the first morning it started and we were so startled and had no idea what was going on. We knew there was painting taking place on the outside of the building and didn’t mind that, but this sounded like they were about ready to come through the wall. You could not hold a conversation in the condo.We had passed on several other listings in the orange beach / Perdido key area because they had listed construction taking place. We were very disheartened that it was not disclosed before renting the unit.We actually decided to pack up and leave a day early. This would unfortunately keep me from renting with this owner in the future.

Quick getaway

Our stay here was phenomenal, Jack was very accommodating and commutative, staff at the front desk was a very sweet lady who was very helpful on good places Togo, condo was clean and cozy perfect for a family of 3-5. Very quiet nice area to vacation too. We will be back again.

Perfect location

This is a cozy & charming gulf-front apartment, great for a couple or a family with young kids. Everything works & the apartment is obviously sell taken care of.

Excellent location and host

The condo was exactly as listed. The view of the beach was fabulous. The balcony overlooks the pool, which was nice to see how busy it was.. Jack was an excellent host; he was on site snd very prompt with answering questions. We loved having restaurants and shops across the street. We look forward to coming back to Perdido Key and staying at Perdido Sun.

Great Location, Easy Access to Beach

My family (2 adults, 17 year old, 9 year old) had a great time at this location. The access to the beach was perfect and right there from the condo. Having indoor and outdoor pool was nice as well. We asked Jack a few questions and he was prompt in his responses and restaurant recommendations. Would stay here again.

beach trip

This unit was clean and plenty big. The kitchen is more than efficiently stocked. Everything was layed out very nice, and Jack is such a kind person, he always answers questions and is quick to respond. The entire complex is very nice. Just a couple of side thoughts.. we thought we had to lug our stuff through the lobby and through the indoor and outdoor pool area to get to the beach, after a few days we realized you can exit with all your beach supplies via the exit door right outside of the elevators, oops. We did get locked out on the beach because there is a code to get in and out of most doors, but the code it different for the beach gate, thats a little annoying having multiple codes, but by no means a deal breaker. The unit looks over the pool, and sometimes it seems as if the people talking at the pool are right outside your door, sound travels differently by the water, again no big deal unless things like that bother you. The view is perfect, and the deck is huge and very nice to sit out there at any time of the day or night. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again, or at any of Jacks other properties, he is a great host! T&D

Really Nice Place in Perdido Key

Stayed in this 1 bedroom condo. It was cozy and clean. You can’t beat the location. We had several conversations with the owner and his wife. They have multiple units there and helped with restaurant recommendations. Had a great time.

Awesome couples getaway

Everything was AWESOME!! Jack was easy to work with condo was in a GREAT LOCATION-- the grounds and pool areas were very well kept and secured. The unit was "for the most part"--""Clean"" but noticed some dishes and areas that were neglected-- not to the point I would not refer to anyone. My husband and I will definately be back!! We LOVED OUR STAY! Thanks Jack!

Paradise vacay

Perdido Key has all you need for a quiet relaxing stay. As a family who often visit this area for spring break we will be back. The condo has all the basics that you need. If you are looking for fancy it is not but if you are are looking for perfect it most definetly is the place. Jack the owner was very responsive in answering questions and needs. The views were amazing. I would stay here a million times over. Yes it could use some updates but that didnt matter. We spent most of our time on the beach or by the pool. :)

Family vacation

First time in the area. Unfortunately it was very cold this time of year. The indoor pool really helped out due to the coldness. They work out area was very small but doable. The balcony had a great view and was very large. The living area was perfect for a couple.
