GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT and ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED



All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.



This Property is Legal and Licensed by the City of North Myrtle Beach / Myrtle Beach!

You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.

We kindly ask you to utilize the washer and dryer if available in the unit to freshen linens. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

We provide a starter pack of amenities to our guests as follows, you may need to purchase more of these items during your stay:

During months when there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.



No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guests.

This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Myrtle Beach's Ordinance rules.

Please use painter's tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting.

This is not a party House.



Trash pick-up is on Thursday morning. Trash can be put outside Wednesday afternoon and needs to be brought inside Thursday before the afternoon. If it is left out at any other time, the community will find us up to $250 per infraction. It is the responsibility of the guest to follow these rules or they will incur this fine.



Also required, $400 deposit per pet, if allowed. A background check will be completed as well.



This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and an optional non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $54. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
