Welcome to our Seaside Villa Waterview. The newly renovated villa with pool not only impresses with its perfect location in the southwest of Cape Coral, but also with its south-facing orientation and magnificent view of the water. Both from the pool area and from the living room through the large patio door.

Thanks to its good location, the house is also perfect for boat lovers, who can reach the open water from the villa in just a few minutes.

Upon entering Seaside Villa Waterview, you first enter the cozy yet modern living room with a 70” Smart TV with sports channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney Plus. Musical entertainment is provided by a Sonos Move. Connect your cell phone and enjoy your music.

The open kitchen with counter for 3 people is equipped with everything you need for a family vacation. A refrigerator with water and ice cube dispenser, a hot air fryer, pots, pans, a Keurig coffee maker, a regular Filer coffee maker, a knife block, a blender and grill cutlery.

The spacious master bedroom with king-size bed and direct access to the pool area is equipped with a Smart TV with cable, sports channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney Plus. The directly adjoining master bathroom is equipped with a WC, walk-in shower, two washbasins and hairdryer.

The first guest room is furnished with a queen-size bed and also has a Smart TV with cable connection, sports channels, Netflix, Disney Plus and Amazon Prime. The first guest bathroom is equipped with a combination bathtub and shower, WC and washbasin.

The second guest bedhroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed.

The outdoor area also leaves nothing to be desired. The 42” Smart TV in the outdoor area in combination with the gas barbecue with flat top griddle ensures perfect entertainment including a steak.

Thanks to the perfect location and southern exposure, you can enjoy the sun all day long in the pool area and in the electrically heated pool, from breakfast until late in the evening with a cozy barbecue evening at the outdoor kitchen.

Or enjoy a cool drink under the tiki hat on the jetty after a trip in one of the two available kayaks.

And if you want to go to the beach (just 10 minutes away), bath towels, sun loungers and parasols are available in the house.

The boat lift and garage can also be used.
