Evaporative cooling - An evaporative cooler (also known as evaporative air conditioner, swamp cooler, swamp box, desert cooler and wet air cooler) is a device that cools air through the evaporation of water. Swamp coolers are seasonal, they work during summer months only when temps are not freezing.
The complex is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to stay on top of pest control and keep the apartments spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
Parking space is available as directed in the check-in guide. We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles while at the parking lot whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties. Guest waives any and all claims, damages, and/or causes of action for personal injury or property damage against us (the host) and the parking company for use of the parking lot. We are not responsible for any articles left in vehicles.
City trash collection: Guest may be asked to help take city trash/recycling to street and back.

Very cozy getaway close to a Sprouts, easy parking, clean and adorable! The bed in the master could use updating it's lumpy, too soft and squeaks terribly but otherwise everything was excellent!

Just what we needed
Property host .. was very responsive and helpful... going the extra mile. Property was as described. I have never experienced a swamp cooler that could keep a whole house cool.. this one will freeze you..just what you need in this New Mexico heat. Our stay was pleasent Thank you.

My girlfriend and I thought that we were going to celebrate my birthday in Albuquerque, New Mexico “in Nob Hill” NOT “near Nob Hill.” I was excited to visit since we never took a trip to this state. Unfortunately, I do not recommend staying at this property. We experienced several issues during our stay. First, the listing was misleading—it stated the property was located in Nob Hill, but it actually would take about 20 minutes to walk there. Accurate location information is important, and this was very disappointing.Second, my girlfriend saw a roach run under the bed just as we were heading out to get into the Uber awaiting us to go celebrate my birthday. That was extremely unsettling and unacceptable in any rental property.Finally, after I messaged the host about the location discrepancy, the property manager accused me of damaging the garage door opener—despite the fact that we never used the garage or even had a car. We relied solely on Uber, which added unexpected transportation costs due to the misleading location.We didn’t take photos of the place because we were out the majority of the time. Overall, this experience fell far below expectations.

This guest was very disgruntled about the location. We are straightforward with the location in the listing description. We also provide the address when she booked a month prior to her check-in. She knew exactly where this home was. She stayed for the entire week and extended, Never mentioned anything until she checked out and she wanted a refund.
We get this home sprayed on a regular basis. We do not have any issues with pests. However, this is the desert so an occasional bug may be seen, but we would jump to schedule a respray if necessary. I do believe that she was just trying to find anything to get a refund.
