Game Room with full size 8’ Slate Pool Table, a HUGE Chalkboard Wall, Foosball Table, Pong Video Arcade Game for 1-2 players, and a very popular two-person basketball shoot out game. There's no doubt you'll spend HOURS in this Gameroom, it's spectacular! We also have a large selection of Board Games, Puzzles, and cards.

Fully Equipped Kitchen with everything you could possibly need (if we don't have it, we'll have it there by your next stay!)
**KITCHEN** is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, Along with all the obvious Dishes, Glasses, Dish Towels and Dish cloths, Cooking Utensils, Can Opener, Cork Screw, Pizza Cutter, Crock Pot, 10 x 19 Electric Griddle, Quesadilla Maker, 4 Slice Toaster, Waffle Maker, Tea Kettle, a Keurig and a Coffee Maker, Ninja Professional Blender for effortless frozen drinks, 2 x-large stock pots, lots of pots and pans (There are several cabinets and drawers of pots and pans, so if you don’t find what you’re looking for, look in another cabinet), colanders, cutting boards, etc. It’s a FULLY equipped kitchen. We even supplied you with some basic Spices: Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Oregano, Basil, Parsley, Chili Powder, Paprika & Red Crushed Pepper.
Four Generous size Bedrooms- BR#1 Features a King Bed, BR#2, a Queen Bed, BR#3 a Queen Bed, Bunk Bed, and a Twin Trundle, and BR#4, a Full Bed and Twin Bed.
So, let’s give you a tour of the House:
The First Floor offers an expansive Game Room with a Full-Size Slate Pool Table, Foosball Table, Pong Arcade Video Game for 1-2 players, and a hit for all ages a two-person Basketball Shoot Out Game, our Chalkboard Wall, a 55” Flat Screen Smart TV and a Drink Rail. This floor also has a bedroom with a Double Bed and Twin Bed, a Full Bathroom, and a full-size Washer and Dryer for your use.
The Second Floor-the Main Floor has an open floor plan with an updated and fully equipped kitchen with island seating for four. The Kitchen is open to the Dining Room with a very large table with seating for 12 to enjoy your meals and game nights! The Dining Room is open to the Living Room with a Fireplace, 65” Flat Screen TV and leather couches.
From the Living Room and the Dining Room are French Doors leading to the HUGE Wrap Around Deck with Gas Grill, an outside Dining Table and two additional chaise lounge chairs.
The Main level also has the Primary Bedroom with a King Bed and a Full-Size Bathroom. Lastly, a 3 Season Room is off of the Kitchen and a Deck off of the 3 Season Room. This deck also has another outside dining table with seating for eight. The Fire pit is right off of that deck.
The Third Floor- concludes the tour with 2 generous sized bedrooms, huge loft, and a Full-Size Bathroom. One Bedroom has a Queen Bed and a Flat Screen Smart TV while the last Bedroom has a Queen Bed, Bunk Beds with a pull-out twin trundle and a Flat Screen Smart TV.
The Loft has games and toys for the kids, a Leather Sofa, and a Flat Screen Smart TV.

The surrounding area offers so much to do. Shawnee Mountain is just a short drive away for skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing, and offers festivals during the summer. Nearby Award-winning Golf, Zip Lining, Horseback Riding, Paddle Boats, Mini Golf, Go-Carting, Paintball, Canoeing, Rafting and don't forget the "Niagara Falls" of Pennsylvania beautiful Bushkill Falls! The Delaware Water Gap recreational area is moments away and offers year-round activities. Perhaps you'd prefer shopping at the nearby outlets or famous 209 flea market. More skiing options are available at the close by Camelback Mountain which also offers a huge water park in the summer months and an outdoor adventure park. Stroll through historic Stroudsburg or Milford or test your luck at Mount Airy, or Mohegan Sun Casino. It's your choice how much or how little you want to do!

Every Guest must be pre-registered with Saw Creek Estates with names and addresses for all who will be entering and staying at our home. After booking is accepted, a tenant registration form, copy of photo I.D., and a signed Lease is required to proceed with the reservation.
The Property Manager will assist with the check in process and all Guests will need to show photo I.D. at the Gate for entry to the Community. ONLY THOSE THAT HAVE BEEN PRE-REGISTERED AS A GUEST WILL BE ALLOWED ENTRY.
HOUSE RULES:
WE ARE NOT A PARTY HOUSE. IF THAT'S WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR, PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR RENTAL NEEDS.
-No smoking-Any evidence of smoking inside will incur a $500 charge (Smoking is permitted outside, but we ask that you please clean up all of your butts).
-No Animals/Pets- Any evidence of Animals/Pets will incur a $500 charge.
-No parties, No events, No prom groups
-Maximum of 5 vehicles (No street parking. All vehicles must be in the Driveway).
-All Adults must be minimum age of 25 except children traveling with parents.
-Rates are based on 6 travelers. Additional travelers (up to 12 maximum) require an additional nightly fee. House Manager confirms number of Guests at Property.
-All guests must be pre-registered. (Scroll above for full details). ONLY THOSE THAT HAVE BEEN PRE-REGISTERED AS A GUEST WILL BE ALLOWED ENTRY.
-Check out time is 11:00 a.m., Failure to depart by 11:00 a.m. will incur a $250 Charge.
-Badges are needed for amenities- 6 badges are included with each reservation. Any badge beyond 6 can be purchased at the HOA Office for an additional fee.
-Tampering with the WiFi or Electronics that control the well-being of the house will result in IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR RENTAL WITH NO REFUND.
-Refunds will not be issued for any amenities closed by the Community for any reason.
-Please do not leave garbage outside to prevent attracting wild animals.
For your convenience, trash drop off site is open 24/7. All trash must be disposed of in the dumpster before check-out (a community map will be provided for reference). ANY TRASH LEFT AT THE HOUSE WILL INCUR A $100 CHARGE.
-Please note this is the Poconos, we are in the woods in a mountain terrain. The property is hilly and rocky. Please also note there is wildlife outside. Please keep the doors closed to prevent wildlife and insects from coming in.
-We require a signed acknowledgment of the Community Rules (which will be provided to you).

-No loud or unreasonable noise after 10:30 PM.
-Respect neighbors by not playing loud music.
