This was the perfect house. It was the cleanest home we ever rented, it had everything and more than what we expected. Donna was very helpful and always answered very quickly. I would recommend this place over and over. Thank you!

Had a wonderful stay with grandparents and kids in a spacious, clean, well-equipped home! It had something for everyone, was comfortable, with TVs and games everywhere, and clear directions for entry and departure. The host was responsive to my questions and we would definitely stay here again!

Awesome house for a fun family ski weekend! The game room was so much fun. Great location to Shawnee mountain and not too far from Main Street in East Stroudsburg. The host, Donna, was easy to work with and provided great information on the house. Everyone said they would stay here again!

Had a fantastic stay! Communication with Donna was excellent. Our families from NY/PA/FL meet every year for a ski trip to Shawnee Mountain. We all stayed under one roof and loved how roomy the home was. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook large meals. The children and adults enjoyed the game room Would recommend and stay again.

Fantastic Property!

We booked Donna's property for a short trip up to the Poconos. The house looked great online, and once we arrived it exceeded our expectations. The house is in a great location, and once you get inside you can really see the care that has gone into making it a great place to stay. The property is very clean, and has a great layout with an open living room / dining room, loft area, and game room downstairs. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Family retreat

This pretty and comfortable home had everything you need. I remember saying, wow they even thought of this. They have a book that tells you everything so don’t forget to look at that, which I didn’t do the first couple of hours. The gated community is very nice. We definitely recommend this home.

Perfect Cottage in the Poconos

This property had everything we needed for a nice weekend in the Poconos. The game room was a nice touch, ample deck space, propane grill with extra tanks, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a clubhouse you have access to and I saw signs for a private ski hill. Donna (owner) was extremely responsive and was quick to answer questions before and during our stay. I gladly recommend this play to anyone who is looking for a place in the Poconos.

Very well appointed mountain cabin. Had everything we needed for a week in the Poconos. Staff at the gate were friendly, making check in a breeze. The keyless entry worked flawlessly. The rooms and beds were clean and in excellent condition. The game room was Amazing! Legends were made and tournaments won. Owner is responsive, cordial, and finds creative fixes to problems in short order. Overall very impressed with our stay.

Perfect House for Families

Donna has thought of everything! Her home is accommodating, charming, and comfortable. The beds are so cozy. The kitchen is fully stocked. She even provides extra kid friendly items. Her attention to detail is impressive with everything labeled with clear directions provided. She is very responsive and kind. The Perfect Pocono Experience

This home is located in an amenity filled community. Ski mtn, trails, indoor and outdoor pools, plus activities for all ages. If you're looking for amenities, but also a bit of seclusion in the Poconos, this is your spot. The home is located close to the state forest line, and at the end of a cul-de-sac, so you get the best of both worlds.The home matches the pictures well. The outdoor fireplace is great, and the host is super responsive, thoughtful and truly cares about the quality of the guests stay. Definitely worth a repeat visit in the future!

Charming place to stay!

We literally just got back from our stay at Donna’s house. From start to finish the communication with Donna was quick and seamless. Her responsiveness is 100%! My family and I are so glad we chose her house for our weekend getaway. It’s 100% the way it shows in pictures but better! We had all ages with us and everyone always had something to do. Beds were very comfortable and bedrooms spacious, bathrooms stocked with nice towels and soaps, plenty of lighting (which I need!), labels on light switches (we all know we walk around houses new to us wondering which switch works what!) and notes around the house which we all found VERY helpful. The whole house is nicely decorated and the furniture is very comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone around the table, and the game room is awesome! A big space for all ages to hang out and enjoy each other. Donna thought of everything right down to the air pump hanging on the basketball game for the balls! We would absolutely rent this house again. Definitely 5 stars from us!Thank you, Donna, for a memorable weekend for me and my family!

Peaceful Mountain Getaway

This house was FANTASTIC!!! My boys, 6 and 9, kept saying how this was the best vacation we've been on, and my husband and I commented how we had nothing to point out or complain about with the house. (we rent a lot of houses when we travel... we always find little things where they've cut corners or it feels cheap - not Donna's at all!) It was a great stay and the exact low-key trip that we needed, mixed with some great local activities. The house had 3 levels and two decks, which was great for spreading out but still feeling cozy. Each bedroom and living room had it's own TV, the main living room had large tables for playing board games, and a basement full of games to play on the rainy/ super hot July days. We've determined that our family needs the axe throwing game that was at the house :) We loved hanging out at each of the 4 pools in the community and rotating through where we went each day.Outside the community, we went on different waterfall hikes, enjoyed the local Indian museum, the Pocono Animal & Snake Zoo, rafting down the Delaware River, and eating at Muller's Diner. But even though we left the house each day, the best was just relaxing in the home. Well equipped for making waffles, baking cookies, playing indoor and outdoor games, having a fire in the firepit, and enjoying the backyard woods. We truly enjoyed our two weeks here, and Donna was so delightful and easy to work with. We certainly hope to be back again!

Our HALLMARK Holiday

Do you know that one memory you have and you will never forget. Well it truly starts here at Donna's home. What an amazing memory we created as a family! Her home is like being inside a Hallmark log cabin you see in the christmas movies!The home was PERFECT IN EVERY WAY. Clean from top to bottom, IMPECCABLE! everything you can think of Donna had. Her kitchen had it all. Even backup batteries for the remotes in the fridge. What an honor it was to enjoy this beautiful home in this beautiful community and to work with Donna was such a pleasure and always available. Beyound grateful we had the opportunity to have her as our host. The downstairs game room was a hit for all of us. We laughed and played! EVERYTHING WAS JUST BEAUTIFUL. Also, when we got there I was greeted with a birthday balloon and a cute gift bag filled to make smores in the outside firepit ( she knew it was my birthday and happened to be there the weekend prior) The deer came so close to us,we were so excited to see them. Just Book It!! Cozy & Comfortable. 10

If I could give this home and Donna our host 10 stars I would. We were so happy we chose this home as there were so many to choose from it could be a little overwhelming lol. You will feel at home the minute you walk in the door. They really went above and beyond with so many extras I was truly impressed. The kitchen has everything you need should you want to cook a meal you won’t have to bring your kitchen on vacation with you. Lol. The house layout gave everyone their own space/bathroom for that extra privacy. The ground level game/tv room was a bonus. Pool table and basketball game was as a big it. The younger adults had a space to hang out late while the older adults had the main level space. Worked out perfectly. The outdoor fire pit was great and there was plenty of firewood available for us. Donna left us a “smore” good bag with all we needed to make s’mores so we couldn’t pass that up. Great memories were made with such a small gesture from our host. There was also a cornhole game and an ax game (Plastic) for us to use. (This was a huge it) Again small gestures but we all participated (surprisingly) making the most amazing memories for all ages. We also played the LCR game available. At one point I was like WOW this woman thought of everything. Lol. All the lights/ceiling fans were labeled which saved a lot of time trying to figure things out. We snow tubed, went to Raymondskills Falls, shopped the outlets, Mount Airy Lodge Casino all close to home. Just Book!!!
