The master bedroom has a king bed memory foam mattress with an on suite bathroom attached. You have your own 55 inch smart TV. There’s a mounted lighted mirror and blow dryer provided so you can get ready easily. Blackout shades and phone chargers. There is also his and her robes and a walk in closet.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. In the room there is a blow dryer and mounted lighted make up mirror so you can relax and get ready in the privacy of your room.There is a nice size dresser and a closet. This bedroom also has its own smart TV and a beautiful view of the saltwater pool equipped, phone charger and rob.
The third bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress; a blow dryer and lighted mirror as well, closet and dresser. This will allow you to get ready in the privacy of your own room as well. There is also an own smart TV in this room, phone charger, robes, and black out blinds.
The fourth bedroom is private and has a blow dryer and lighted mirror also, a smart TV, large windows which bring in a lot of light with black out curtains if needed, a dresser, closet, phone chargers and robs.
The living room has a leather section. Enough space for everyone to sit and has a 55 inch smart TV. It offer a beautiful view of the saltwater pool and a full size mirror.
There is a hallway bathroom that has a shower, bath tub and single Carrara Marble sink. It also contain a lighted mirror, blow dryer and make up towels.
The dining area has a full dining room table that sits 6 people while still being able to enjoy the view of the backyard.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal with all of the essentials. It also has coffee, tea and most spices needed to make a great meal.
The laundry room has a XL washer and dryer, and a cabinet which will contain the laundry detergent and dryer sheets when needed.
The backyard is the perfect place for your friends and family to hang out! A brand new saltwater pool was installed in the backyard with a waterfall spa attached. Outdoor sun loungers, patio furniture, and a gas BBQ grill, fire pit, out door tv and games.

No glassware is allowed near or around the spa areas. We provide plasticware that may be used outdoors to enjoy beverages poolside.
Early Check-In Fees - Check-in time is from 3:00pm-1:00am. If you wish to check-in early, an additional fee of $50 per hour for checking-in between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., and an additional fee equal to the full nightly rate if checking in before 12:00 p.m. Early check in must be approved in advance and in writing by any Lisa's team member and if only available upon availability. *Early check in is not always available*
Late Check-Out Fees Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.. If you wish to extend the check-out time, an additional fee of $50 per hour for checking out between 11am and 1pm, and an additional fee equal to the full room rate for checking-out after 1:00 p.m. Late check out must be approved in advance and in writing by any Lisa's team member and if only available upon availability. *Early check out is not always available*
Daily heating fee is $20 per day. This includes the use of the spa controls.
The guest will assume all responsibility and risk when swimming/using the pool and spa. This responsibility will extent to anyone the guest has at the home who may use the pool or spa.
There are noise level meters in the interior and exterior of the home. If you create excessive noise above 80 dB inside and 75 dB outside, you will receive an automatic reminder to lower the volume. If you set off the noise alarms 3X in a row a Vrbo will be contacted we will have to address with action being taken.
