Our stay was fantastic we enjoyed the beach especially with all the equipment provided. The wagon, the umbrella, the chairs and coolers. We enjoyed cooking in their beautiful kitchen. Relaxing and watching the wildlife and walks on the beach. Shelling is fantastic!! The hosts were amazing!!

We would absolutely stay at this condo again. We appreciated all of the included extras that were available for use at the beach, including the umbrella, chairs and beach towels. The pool area was well maintained and attendants were pleasant. Yes, there are rules but nothing that impacts your ability to have a great time. Communication was excellent both before and during the trip. The beach was beautiful. Already planning a return stay for the future.

This was our second year staying in this condo, and we loved it. The view is amazing, and it's close to so many restaurants. Everything you need for a day at the beach is provided (and in excellent condition). We loved how easy the beach umbrella is to set up, and that it could handle even the windiest beach day! We will stay here again!

Steve and Kim were very welcoming and easy to communicate with, easy to work with. Their condo had all the essential amenities for a fabulous week on the beach. The condo was tastefullly decorated and clean.

Steve and Kim have a wonderful place. Between the location, the beach, the balcony, and the view, we truly couldn’t have chosen a better spot. The nearby restaurants were excellent, the pool was a great bonus, and the home had everything we needed and more. Hands down the best week we’ve had!

My husband and I enjoyed the beach view from this condo on the 17th floor! Breakfast and lunch from the lanai made for total relaxation while looking at the white sand beach and the Gulf’s blue water. The kitchen was spacious and well supplied with all that we needed including 2 coffee makers, a blender and even soap and paper products. The owner provided towels, linens and beach supplies which was greatly appreciated and so useful. We loved the shared pool which was a good place to meet people after a day out or at the beach. My husband and I are already taking about returning next year.

Great rental experience. Host lives nearby and was very informative and responsive. Unit has beautiful remodeled kitchen with an unequalled view down all of Marco Beach. Large heated pool. Five restaurants in walking distance. A seamless vacation.

We have stayed in this unit multiple times and it's always a great time. The host is very responsive to any issues - this time the beach wagon handle was close to breaking off and they had a new one delivered to our unit the next day.

The hosts were excellent at communicating before our trip and during our stay. We enjoyed the fantastic views of the beach from the balcony and the “city views” from the front door. The condo and the building were well maintained and comfortable. It was apparent that the owners care for the unit and about the rental experience. We are looking forward to a future trip and will definitely stay in this unit again.
