Beautiful and clean accommodations. Great location to Baytowne wharf. Kitchen was nicely supplied with utensils, pots, pans, various dishes and appliances. Do need to bring your own seasonings, extra trash bags and paper towels though. (One supplied extra garbage bag is not enough) Bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. Was nice for everyone to have their own private bathrooms. Was perfect for our 5 adults and toddler. We enjoyed relaxing mornings and evenings in the screened in patio with the view of the golf course. The 2, six person golf carts, Definitely hope to stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this house during the fall break. The place was perfectly clean, well maintained, gave an impression of having been recently updated. It had all the necessary kitchen supplies, gas grill, beach chairs, umbrella etc. The 2 golf cars in the garage were a great addition to our stay. Checking in and out was super easy. We defiantly will come back to this place again.

Great house

The house was great. Every bedroom has its own bathroom plus there’s a 1/2 bath. Every bedroom has a tv plus one in the living area. The exterior porch is screened and faces golf course. The pool is small (no hot tub) but pretty easy to walk to.The 2 golf carts worked perfectly and are a must for this property. It’s so great that you can drive to Baytowne Wharf, Grand boulevard (dining, shopping, Publix), the pool or the beach. Baytowne Wharf is a 15 min WALK (longer if you stroll). All other places are farther. It was great for spring break before the summer crowd hit.

The screened porch overlooking the golf course is a favorite feature, and we’re glad the golf carts made getting around so easy. It sounds like you took full advantage of the great nearby spots and had a perfect spring break before the summer crowds arrived. We’d love to welcome you back anytime for another fantastic stay!

Beautiful vacation home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was beautiful and spacious. Clean. Lots of great beach stuff (chairs/umbrellas/coolers)available. Loved being able to get around with the golf cart the whole trip. It wasn’t clear how to get to the beach, but a quick text to the company got me the information quickly (the tunnel under the highway is near the main entrance to the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, beach access point is next to Beach House Restaurant. There is a parking lot there, the first row closest to the road is free - we always found a spot there). There are lots of great restaurant options between the Wharf and Grand Blvd. The only disappointment was one of the golf carts was removed from the property due to damage from the prior renter, and we only had one golf cart the whole time, which altered ours plans frequently.

Thank you for the detailed review and kind words about the property—we're glad you enjoyed the space and the local amenities. We truly appreciate your understanding regarding the golf cart situation. While it wasn’t ideal, we’re glad you were still able to enjoy your stay and navigate the resort with ease. Your feedback helps us continue to improve the guest experience, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!

Pontos negativos: Check-in, comunicação e precisão do anúncio
We had problems when checking in, request was made day before to check in early. Was told that wouldn’t be able to come one hr early. When we arrived there was only towels in one bathroom. Tv in the living room did not work, host instructed us to troubleshoot. We ended up finding and extension cord in garage to plug tv in. Power strip was not working. When maintenance showed up, they stated the tv was broken and needed to be replaced. It didn’t, we had communicated with host that they needed to replace the power strip, it took them two more trips to fix the problem. Host was not kind about the issues we had. The issue with the living room tv not working, host didn’t want to credit or discuss how they could make it right. Frustrating when dealing with this host. Wished they would have done a better job addressing the issues we had.
