As per updated HOA guidelines, there is a $25 registration fee per vehicle, collected directly by the HOA at the clubhouse during check-in.

This fee grants access to the community for the entire stay

To streamline your arrival, please provide driver name(s) and vehicle details in advance

Upon arrival, you’ll stop at the clubhouse to complete registration and pay the fee

💳 Security Deposit
A $300 security deposit hold will be placed on your card at booking. This is an authorization only:
