Located in the Bird's Nest Section of the island, this home has a private creek dock, and it is a short walk to the beach. Updates and renovations have been made throughout this home, and it has been professionally furnished and decorated. Vaulted ceiling in the main living areas, fireplace, renovated kitchen with breakfast bar, hardwood floors throughout, and tile floors in the bathrooms. This home is equipped with Central AC/Heat, Ceiling Fans, Fireplace, Screened Porch, Cable TV, DVD, Internet, Creek Dock, Outside Shower, Covered Parking.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
