Our spacious dining room, complete with a captivating wood-burning fireplace, invites everyone to gather around for a delightful meal and heartwarming conversations. Afterward, transition seamlessly to our inviting living room, where relaxation and connection flow effortlessly. Come and enjoy the comfort of shared experiences in a space designed to make every moment unforgettable.
What we include for FREE with your reservation. ✔ High-speed WiFi internet ✔ Parking for several vehicles in the driveway as well as free street parking ✔ Fire Place (wood sold separately) ✔ Utensils for Cooking, Pots, and Pans, spatulas and serving spoons, etc. ✔ Dishwasher ✔ Oven and Stove ✔ Washing Machine and Dryer ✔ Laundry detergent ✔ Fridge & Microwave ✔ Keurig Coffee maker with K-cups, creamer, and sugar ✔ Hair Dryers ✔ Iron and ironing board ✔ Bathroom necessities (towels, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.)
The house is all on one level. There are no stairs to get inside. To help give your mind a walkthrough of how the house is set up, here’s a brief description of each area of the house.
➤ When you walk into the front door, you will be in an entry hall with a bedroom to your right. ➤ The entry hall light switch turns the hall light and the bedroom light on simultaneously. ➤ Most light switches are labeled to lessen any confusion. ➤ Straight ahead is the kitchen and dining area. ➤ As you make your way through the kitchen, you will come to the island that has 4 short stool chairs. ➤ To the left is the dining room which is set with 6 chairs but has plenty of room to squeeze in more people. ➤ 2 additional chairs are in the bedrooms that can be moved to the dining room when needed. ➤ A wood-burning fireplace is also in the dining room. (firewood is available for purchase at $12/bundle) ➤ To the left of the dining room is a spacious living room. It is equipped with 3 full-size sofas, a love seat and 1 chair. ➤ All 12 guests will be able to gather in the same room at once! ➤ The blue sofas also recline and become sleeper sofas if desired. ➤ There's a TV set up with Roku, so that you can sign into your favorite Streaming Services. ➤ 2 patio doors lead out to the driveway for easy access to your vehicles. ➤ To the right of the dining room is our bunk room. There are 4 Twin XL beds, big enough for children or adults. ➤ Work crews love the fact that our sturdy twin beds are big enough to serve their men. ➤ The bunk room has an exterior door. ➤ Guests are allowed to bring 2 pets (There is an additional pet fee billed separately) ➤ We do NOT have a fenced yard. Pets must be taken out on a leash at all times. ➤ Attached to the bunk room is our laundry room. We have a full-size washer and dryer available for guest use. ➤ Going down the main hallway, is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, the guest bathroom, and 1 more bedroom. ➤ The Master bedroom also has a dedicated workspace, with a desk and rolling chair. ➤ There is a linen closet as well, with extra linens/towels if needed. ➤ Guests will have access to the entire home except for a closet in the laundry room which is set aside as our maid and maintenance closet.
ARRIVING: Go to the front door and enter your guest-specific 4-digit code. Next, press the unlock/lock icon button and the door will unlock.
PLEASE NOTE: CHECK-IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4:00 P.M. The door code you've been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly. If you've made a same day booking after 4:00 P.M., please allow for at least one hour between booking and arrival time for our lock system to sync with your guest specific code.
PARKING: There is free parking in the driveway and street.
LOCKS: Whenever you leave the property, simply press the lock icon button. Listen for the door to latch and test it to make sure it is secure. THE ELECTRONIC LOCKS DO NOT LOCK AUTOMATICALLY. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE.
DEPARTURE: There is a $50 charge for leaving the premises unsecured. Your departure will be at 11:00 AM on your checkout date.
OTHER EXTERIOR DOORS: There is no keys provided for the other exterior doors, but you will need to lock it from the inside before leaving.
TV: The living room features a smart TV. You're welcome to access your personal subscription services like Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, Prime Video, and others. Just remember to sign out of your accounts before checkout to ensure the privacy of your subscriptions for future guests.
SMOKING: We are a NON-SMOKING property. If there is evidence of smoking on our property, there will be a $750 fine and you will be asked to leave the property without a refund.
PETS: For approved pets, there is a $50 pet fee that covers up to 2 small dogs (under 50 lbs). 2 pets are the limit. Guests are required to pick up after their dogs. If unapproved pets are brought, there will be a $250 fee per unapproved animal. Please note that extra or larger pets would be up to our discretion and that if approved, additional charges would apply.
EVENTS: Events are allowed, but only up to the maximum occupancy of the property (9 people). Any more than that is considered a "party". No parties allowed. Parties are defined by whether you have more occupants than the maximum occupancy of the property (9 people). Parties will incur a $250 fee. (Communicate with the Host to confirm more definitive terms.) Please be respectful of our neighbors concerning noise levels, especially after 10pm.
CLEANING FEES FOR LONGER STAYS: Stays over 14 days require mid-stay cleaning. When booking over 28 days, cleanings are required every 14 days. All stays have a built-in cleaning upon checkout.
EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: We strive to provide a seamless and high-quality experience for all our guests. To ensure that each stay meets our high standards, we have a dedicated cleaning and maintenance schedule that must be followed between reservations. For this reason, late check-outs are not permitted and early check-ins are rarely available. Our team works hard to prepare the property thoroughly, ensuring it is cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Allowing extra time for this process helps us maintain the comfort and quality you expect. We appreciate your understanding and recommend planning your arrival and departure times accordingly. Guests who do not checkout by the scheduled checkout time will be subject to a $60 penalty. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us create a smooth experience for all guests.
➤ The Front door has an electronic smart lock, so no physical keys are needed to get checked in! We will provide the 4-digit code with the check-in instructions before arrival, If there are any issues, we'll be able to unlock or lock it remotely.
I’m not available in person. However, I am available 24/7, if you will simply message me through the Airbnb platform, I will quickly respond to your questions and concerns. Also, our property has keyless entry, so guests can check in anytime after the check-in time.
The neighborhood is very nice. It is a calm and quiet area. Make sure you read the House Manual for all instructions on how to access the property.
When requesting the door code in the messaging center, please provide your email and the secret Code word: Odie This ensures that we know you've read the rules.

Such a cute little house. Plenty of space for all of us to spread out. Quiet neiborhood, clean and put together. Quarky places for light switches but thats never kept any of us from a good nights sleep. As for the hosts, they we re great and very easy to get ahold of when i had a question.
