Unwind in the ample living area while enjoying the large TV or step onto the beachside sun soaked porch that offers direct access to the community boardwalk.
The top floor master suite is your private haven, featuring a king bed with a full private bathroom with a double vanity and a stand up shower. A convenient laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer is located off the master suite. A few steps down you'll find the guest bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and a shared bathroom. Soak up the sun and enjoy the Gulf views from your private beachfront deck and balcony.
Take a dip in the sparkling community pool, fire up the barbecue grill or stroll down the convenient boardwalk to the sugar white sand beaches. Enjoy the extended deck under the house and one concrete parking space. I-4 is just a short drive to local shops, restaurants, playground and a grocery store, making it easy to enjoy everything this area has to offer.
Three Hundred Ocean Mile has limited parking spaces available per townhome: 2 small sedans/cars (no oversized vehicles) or 1 full sized SUV/truck with no additional parking onsite. Additional parking along Gulf Beach Drive is now prohibited.

Gulf vacation
Location was excellent as well as the grounds for condo. Stay was great except issues with washer so we were not able to do laundry and showers were not particularly clean…..we wore our flip flops.

Our condo was right on the Gulf. The office staff was always helpful. While we were there, we went into Apalachicola and over to the Gulf Shores Aquarium. We enjoyed several restaurants on the island and lots of time on the beach.

Lovely beach condo
We had a great stay at I-4 Ocean Mile! Wonderful beach front location with easy beach access. Condo was clean & well stocked. Can’t beat the views! Cell service is very spotty & had issues with wifi for part of the trip (it did appear to be the whole building). Management was very responsive to issues. Beach gear was very convenient. Parking space is very tight especially if you have a truck or large SUV just fyi. It is a split level so several flights of stairs if you have littles. Would stay again!

We love this location! The Ocean Mile community offers access to a beautiful and quiet section of beach right next to the state park. The townhome itself is cutely decorated, has a well stocked kitchen, and you can’t beat the views from the master bedroom. We had a maintenance issue during our stay but the property management company promptly responded with maintenance and our stay was otherwise uninterrupted. I would love to see some upgraded furniture on the master bedroom balcony. I would recommend this property to anyone!
