The primary bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom with standing shower, dedicated AC, ceiling fan, Smart TV, and a convenient desk — ideal for remote work or leisure.
The second bedroom also includes a king bed, dedicated AC, ceiling fan, dresser, and Smart TV for added comfort.

●● Pet Policy (Dog-Friendly)
• Up to two dogs under 50 lbs allowed
• No cats or other animals permitted
• $100 per dog, per stay (must be added before check-in)
• Dogs must be house-trained and well-behaved
• Dogs may not be left unattended unless crated
• No dogs on beds or furniture
• Guests must clean up all dog waste
• Pets must be disclosed at booking - undisclosed pets incur additional fees

• The primary guest who makes the reservation must be physically present for the entire stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted.
• The total number of guests must be accurately specified at the time of booking. Only the registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Unregistered visitors or overnight guests are not permitted.
• No parties or events
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping) is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
• Absolutely no access to the roof — the door must remain open for fire code compliance, but guests are not permitted on the roof at any time

• Reservations made by guests under the age minimum may be canceled if not verified
