With ample space to lounge and access to the patio through sliding glass doors, this area provides the perfect respite from a long day at the beach. A powder room is located just off the living area for added convenience.

The dining area beyond seats 6 comfortably with additional seating for 2 in the elevated bar off the living area.

The well-appointed kitchen has stainless appliances, new countertops and is fully outfitted to make cooking a breeze.

The main bedroom is also on the first level. This luxurious suite offers a king bed, Smart TV, dedicated workspace, patio access and a stunning private bathroom with double sinks and large walk-in shower.

Up the stairs you'll find both guest bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed, while the other has a full bed and a set of twin bunks. Both bedrooms have Smart TVs and share access to a jack and jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The elevated patio offers golf course views, ample seating and a gas grill.

The Queens Grant, Palmetto Dunes complex is near the entrance of the resort and the oceanfront Robert Trent Jones golf course, only a 10-minute walk from the beach. The complex features a community pool open April through September with beautifully landscaped gardens and bike paths and easy access to the amenities of Shelter Cove. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Parking Policy: Palmetto Dunes is a secured community that requires each vehicle to have a car pass; please specify the number of car passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week. Limit: Parking for 2 cars only!

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
