Anyone who has vacationed at Hilton Head Island knows it is a special place. Within Hilton Head, we think Sea Pines is even more special and more unique. Many of the island’s most well-known attractions, Harbor Town, the Harbor Town Links, the South Beach Marina, and the Salty Dog Cafe are located here.

For nearly thirteen years, we have worked diligently to ensure your time inside our villa is as enjoyable as the time you spend outside. After all, the three-minute stroll to the ocean or the five-minute walk to the Salty Dog and South Beach Marina would feel a little less remarkable if your vacation home wasn’t extraordinary.

We are entering our THIRTEENTH year owning and renting 1744 Bluff Villas. We are the highest rated and most reviewed property in Bluff Villas. Our renters consistently rate us as excellent, praising us for a clean, comfortable, and convenient family vacation. We work hard to make our vacation home a pleasurable and relaxing escape, and we think we did a good job--read our reviews. Our villa is wonderful and our prices are competitive – after all, isn’t that why you are looking on VRBO?

Our villa is updated, modern, comfortable, and bright: granite countertops, custom cabinets, modern furniture and décor, flat panel TV’s, free phone, HD cable, and wireless internet. We have everything you need or could want to make sure your time inside our villa is relaxing and hassle-free.

Beautiful place

We loved staying here for the past week. It is such a beautiful place in a wonderful location. The only disappointment is that the pool was closed.

My fave area to stay on HHI

Everything was fab, condo and area. I’ve been going to HHI for 25 years and this condo is one of the top places I’ve stayed.

Excellent location, plenty of space

We’ve stayed at this property twice now, and have really enjoyed both visits. The location can’t be beat and there’s plenty of space for our family. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The location was perfect, a very short walk across the street to the beach and down the road to South Beach Marina. The condo was more spacious than expected and everything was clean and tidy. Laura was very responsive with all questions throughout the booking process and stay. Highly recommend!

Great experience

We had a great stay! Perfect location…right across from the beach and a short walk to South beach shops. Well maintained unit. They even have beach supplies if you happen to forget yours! We’ll definitely be booking this unit again in the future!

Closest location to the best beach in Hilton Head

We had a wonderful time! The Villa was super close to South Beach and the Salty Dog Cafe, and just a 30-minute bike ride to Harbor Town. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there were plenty of beach items for our family. Packing was breeze! We will likely stay at Bluff Villas again.

Beautiful location

The condo location was perfect. Close to the beach, Salty Dog and in a quiet location. The condo was beautifully decorated. Enjoyed the deck for relaxation. The only problem was it was on the third floor with no elevator. As we are aging and with luggage it was a little struggle. Otherw

Bluff Villas

The condo was located close to the beach and was nicely decorated. It was a great location in Sea Pines and had a nice master bedroom and plenty of space. The kitchen is small but has nice appliances including a stacked washer and dryer. They had beach chairs and an umbrella and a nice book library. This is a nice condo for a small family that wants bunk beds and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room.

Great Stay

This VRBO was great! The host was easy to contact and the check in process was quick and easy. The location was great and exactly what I pictured when booking this place. The only thing I would say needed some improvements was just the cleanliness of the home. Overall I felt it was clean but there were quite a few things broken or things needing to be replaced as well as just stains here and there that would be easy to cleaned with a good deep clean. Those little things would have made the stay for me so much better! Besides that, we had no issues and had the best stay!!

College Daughter and Mom Holiday

We had a wonderful relaxing stay during the Holidays. There are restaurants, shopping areas all threw the resort, one next to the condo! The ocean is in the front with a paved walkway. You could glance the ocean from condo. The renters were eager to assist you with any questions within moments of a call. I think the this large condo layout would be great for a family. It would also make a wonderful “Girls Weekend “ destination.

Very nice condo

We have rented condos in Bluff Villas several times, but this was definitely the nicest. It was super clean and attractively furnished. The owners have added a lot of extras for guests like a closet full of beach items, books and games. The kitchen was well-equipped too. The owners were very easy to work with and we received our damage deposit back in less than a week, even with Labor Day! It would be fine for all ages, as long as steps aren't a problem, because it is on the third floor.

Ready for the Beach!

A nice Sea Pines condo, across the street from beach access, 2 minute walk from The Salty Dog, bike rental, tennis, and pickle-ball. Normally there is a pool available but it’s closed for the summer ‘24 season we learned on arrival. The condo has 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, a wagon, and 2 boogie boards. Which means you can show up and hit the beach without dragging all the duplicate gear we brought! A cool oasis between short walks to the waves!

Great Location

Villa was clean. The owners were quick to respond about any questions we had. MBR was of good size and bed was comfortable. The Salty Dog is a short walk along with walks to the beach. There was plenty of dolphin activity while we were there Jan-Feb. It’s great for any length of stay and can accommodate up to a family of 6. Kitchen in the villa is small but I believe all the 1-2 bedroom villas have small kitchens in the complex. But who goes to HHI to cook all day?

Disappointed

We arrived and discovered the pool we could use is closed for the entire 2024 season. I booked this rental property approx a year ago. The owners never communicated that the pool was closed (AND the pool costs extra if it’s open). To say that our 4 children were devastated is an understatement. We love the beach, but we love the pool more. If we had advanced notice, we could have changed to a different rental property. There was nothing left 4th of July week. We negotiated a partial refund but it was not enough. Also, the dryer burns clothes. We lost an article of clothing per load (probably over $100 in clothes are ruined).

Beautiful beach vacation!

I've always wished for a cute, bright & airy beach house, and for this week I had one! The villa was charming, all decorated in fun beachy decor and calming sea colors. Everything you could ever need or want was provided and then some! Beach wagon, chairs, chaise lounges, a first aid kit, I even found some duct tape! It was just like being at home, only better :). There were tons of games and toys and books (actual current titles). We had the very best stay. The owners were great from the first time we contacted them until after we left. The location could not be better, literally a walk across the street and you're at the sound, or a quick bike ride in the other direction and you're on the ocean. Not to mention that South Beach Marina is right across the parking lot (Pool, tennis, pickleball, shopping, and of course, The Salty Dog). If you walk into the back yard, you can see Harbourtown Lighthouse. We've stayed on Hilton Head Island probably a dozen times before, but this was by far the best trip ever. Sea Pines is hands down the nicest area of HHI, and this rental was perfect. The price was really reasonable, I was a little worried it was a typo, but very glad it wasn't! This was our first venture into VRBO and we are so pleased, we won't be looking back. We can't rate this highly enough and we loved our week - Thank you for sharing your little piece of beach heaven with us!

Absolutely Perfect!

Thank you for sharing the beauty of your property with us! We had such an amazing stay - the villa was very clean (and that’s coming from a woman with extreme ocd!), it was stocked with small portions of ‘everyday’ items to start our week off with ease (soaps, tp, paper towels etc) and communication with owners was very timely. The location is PERFECT and parking at the villa was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend booking with Laura and Josh - you won’t be disappointed!

Relaxing getaway

The property was in great shape and had a nice view over the trees of the water. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, bathrooms were very nice (the shower leaked onto the floor a bit, but we would just wipe up.). We enjoyed the beach and pool and the convenience of walking through the parking lot to Salty Dog. There were plenty of new beach chairs and a nice umbrella for the beach. Some of the prices had risen since the listing. The pool was $85 for the week (2022), and it was $22 for a Sea Pines entry pass. Also, and this is not a complaint but just an FYI: If you plan to cook, make sure you bring all consumables. There's no salt, pepper, plastic wrap, plastic bags, etc. There was ample dishwashing soap and packets for a couple of laundry loads. We would definitely stay here again if we go to Hilton Head and appreciate the attentiveness of the owners who contacted us when the wifi wasn't working.

Everything was fine except: My husband had a stroke 3 yrs. ago & no elevator to 3rd floor was difficult, and .... we never figured how to use the living room tv remote.

Loved it!

This was our first time to Hilton Head, and this location was perfect. The beach was about a 3 min walk across the street! The water was cold this time or year, but we were able to relax; the beaches were clean, uncrowded and we were able to dolphin watch! Everything was within biking distance, there’s really no need to actually leave the island. Property manager was super nice, and texted to check up when we first got there. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

This unit was wonderful! Beautiful place. Very clean. Very well stocked with the things that it said in the description. The owner was very responsive to questions I had. I only wish the pool pass was included.

Short but sweet stay

Visited in November for a few days. The weather was cool and wet, but this villa and location made up for it! We went to the Salty Dog for dinner and off season, there was no wait. I would highly recommend this villa for couples and families. One thing to remember - it's on the 3rd floor of a walk up. Not a problem for us, but worth considering.

Laura was so easy to work with and so accommodating. Their villa is absolutely beautiful! And you cannot beat the location. Everything was exactly as described and perfect! I believe this will be our fall getaway again next year!

We both grew up vacationing in the Carolinas. We have been coming to Hilton Head Island for 14+ years and decided to make our dreams come true by purchasing our own beach property. In the twelve, going on thirteen years since we bought 1744 Bluff Villas, it has been our special family retreat.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We have looked at beach properties in North Carolina, Texas, and Florida, but we could not find anything that topped Sea Pines. We feel it is the best that Hilton Head Island has to offer. South Beach is a fantastic area for families and Bluff Villas is a beautiful complex. As soon as we saw this villa, we knew it was 'the one' we have been waiting for.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We love the location of the property at the front of the complex, making it a short 3 minute walk to the beach! Plus, all the amenities of South Beach are a short walk through Bluff Villas. Biking trails, tennis, and South Beach marina are all steps away. Lastly, we love the open feeling our 3rd floor villa has with vaulted ceilings and lots of windows to let in light. On the back side of our property are unobstructed views of Braddock's Cove. We think the location is perfect.
