Gorgeous 3 bedroom pool home overlooking one of Briarwood's many lakes

This beautifully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath private pool home has everything you could ask for in a vacation home and is well equipped for family travel. The very comfortable living room has sliding glass doors leading to the over-sized lanai and pool area overlooking one of the Briarwood lakes. The kitchen is open and spacious with lovely views out to the pool and lake. The home features a king size bed in the master suite and the second guest bedroom, making this home very accommodating to adult couples traveling together. Both adult rooms are light and bright and feature sliding glass doors to the pool. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, so you have the benefit of a full size bed with the added bonus of a twin bunk should you need the extra space for the kids.
This home has high speed internet, plus LCD TV's in every room, beautiful views of the lake and is located just a few miles to the famous shops on 5th Avenue and 3rd street South.

Christmas Vacation

Our third time staying at this property with family.The neighbourhood is very friendly and very convenient for shops, restaurants and a short drive to the beach.The lanai was very spacious with a panoramic view of the lake. The rocking chairs were appreciated by our one year old grandson.The facilities in the villa cater for all occasions and the property owner has always been quick to respond to any requests.Already planning our next stay!

First Time to Naples

The property was very nice and clean . Only problem we had for the first few days was getting past the Security Person at the gate. Finally the third day we where given sticker on our Expedition and everything went smoothly. Location is close to HWY 75 and need to drive most places but not far away (5-20 mins). We will be back to stay again!!

Perfect retreat

This is our tenth visit to Briarwood and second visit to this particular villa and it was just as good as the last time. The neighbourhood is friendly and you are made to feel welcome and secure. All needs are catered for in the villa, the children particularly liked the bunk bed! The pool was used constantly and the view from the lanai offered wildlife interests such as: otters, terrapins and Ibis birds. Most of the holiday was spent in the pool or at the beach. Beach parking has changed since Covid-19 and is now charged at an hourly rate between 7th and 14th Avenue, unless you have a Beach Permit - this is only available to Collier County residents. Late afternoons/ evenings we would have a barbecue, go shopping or just chill at the villa. Looking forward to returning soon!

A month in paradise in a luxury villa

It would be impossible to find fault with anything in this property. We were amazed how well equipped it was. We have rented several properties in Briarwood over the years but none of them come close to this one. The quality of the villa was only exceeded by the quality of the staff who looked after us during our stay.

We were treating very rudely by the management company.

The property was lovely, and we left it that way, too. When we needed some technical assistance as the TVs were not working properly, we were told Kim and Nicole were not our slaves! They went on to say maybe we have slaves where we come from, but Florida is a free state. The conversation was absurd. When Kim and Nicole departed our home, they said they would not be back if we needed further assistance, and we would never be welcomed back to Briarwood!

My family thoroughly enjoyed this property which was, spacious, well kept, and very clean. We love that is was close to the beach and main attractions. A beautiful property but lacking a good clean

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the property. Last year our stay was PERFECT. The house was immaculate and there were a TON of amenities within the house. This year, we continued to enjoy all the amenities such as pool toys, plenty of kitchen appliances and utensils, games for the kids, and books! HOWEVER..and this is a BIG ONE.. the house was not thoroughly cleaned. I found game pieces, an orange and TON of dust bunnies under the couch. (They clearly do not clean or vacuum/sweep under the couch. Under beds and drawers were not checked and items such as an empty water bottle and condom were found. The pool area had a rotted coconut in a plastic bag by the grill and a moldy, dirty deflated (broken) pool float was left. We found these items as we stayed, because I don't go searching when I arrive, but as I searched for a missing sock, toy, etc. I would come across it. At the end of our stay I reached out to CNE and received quite a care-less response. Basically I was told "I should have told them earlier if they wanted anything to be done." I had to send a second email to see if they received my first email. Their first response was "I didn't think you wanted a response." Seriously, they could CARE LESS once they receive their payment. They never even apologized. Just stated "we will talk with our cleaning team.' WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! Not because of the minor cleanliness issues but because the management company does not care. Sincerely a disappointed customer.

Exceeding expectations

This property was such a pleasant surprise. Location is great for grocery shopping, restaurants, not far from 5th Ave in Naples FL. We have been staying in Naples FL for the past 7 years and this was by far the best experience we have had. Property managers Kim and Nicole are awesome to work with. Upon arrival we had some very minor issues that were dealt with promptly and professionally. This home was fully stocked and exceptionally clean and tidy. We would like to thank the owner for making this one of our most memorial trips to Naples FL. If you are looking for a home to stay at in the Briarwood area in Naples Fl you should really consider this as an option.
